If the good news hasn't reached you yet, then it got delayed by Allah's wisdom. He'll bring it to you at the right time, so be patient, even if you feel restricted or desperate. And you'll see that yesterday's circumstances have become a remedy, those that once tired you and felt difficult to you, and you'll say: "Glory be to the One who lifted the affliction after hope was lost, and made things easier"

Two of the worst things to come across: 1 - A sister without hayā (modesty) 2 - A brother without ghirah (protective jealousy) This is how goodness is destroyed

The worst fitnah عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ حُذَيْفَةُ رضي الله عنه أَيُّ الْفِتْنَةِ أَشَدُّ قَالَ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَلَيْكَ الْخَيْرُ وَالشَّرُّ لَا تَدْرِي أَيَّهُمَا تَتْبَعُ ‘Amir reported: Hudhayfah, may Allah be pleased with him, was asked, “Which trial is the worst?” Hudhayfah said, “It is when good and evil are before you and you do not know which of them to follow.” مصنف ابن ابي شىيبه(37569)

The honest does not swear, the confident does not justify, the sincere does not regret, the generous does not remind of a favour, and the loving does not tire.

Allah comforts a soul in ways no worldly desire could ever do. Perhaps this is the reason why the tiniest drop of tear shed in sujood brings man closer to tranquility, while too much of enjoyment in the dunya leaves him with nothing except lonliness and discomfort at the end.
