◾A beneficial principle on when the remembrances & the supplications at the end of prayer are performed◾️
Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him - on the 9th, Jumādal Uwwlā, 1438H
📥Question:
The statement of the Messenger ﷺ :
(أُوصِيكَ يَا مُعَاذُ لَا تَدَعَنَّ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ تَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ، وَشُكْرِكَ، وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ)
"O Mu'adh, I advise you not to miss supplicating at the end of every Salat (prayer) saying: 'Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika,' (O Allah, help me remember You, expressing gratitude to You and worship You in the best manner)".
What is the most correct position regarding this supplication, is it before the Taslīm (conclusionary greeting of the prayer) or after it?
May Allah reward you with good.
📤Answer:
There is a beneficial principle in this subject, we will mention it to you by presenting the speech of the 'Allāmah Ibn 'Utheymīn, may Allah have mercy upon him, wherein he said:
"The usage of 'the end of the prayer' is used on both the end before the Taslīm and what comes after it, but after investigating it has become clear that what's attached to the end of the prayer in regards to:
➖Supplications, then its place is before the Taslīm.
➖And Remembrances come after the Taslīm .
It's built upon what has preceded of the verse and the hadīth, and this is a beneficial principle."

And he, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
"It will become clear to those that ponder over this subject, that:
What's attached to the end of the prayer of remembrances, that it comes after it, and if it is a supplication then it comes at its end.
➖The first:
It's because Allah, the Most High, has made what comes after the prayer the place for remembrances, whereby He, the Most High, said:
(فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٰمًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِكُمْ)
"When you have finished As-Salāt (the prayer - congregational), remember Allah standing, sitting down, and lying down on your sides"
[An-Nisā:103]
And the Sunnah came clarifying what was generally mentioned in this of remembrances, for example the statement of his ﷺ:
(من سبح الله في دبر كل صلاة ثلاثا وثلاثين)
"He who recites after every prayer: Subhān-Allah (Allah is Exalted and free from imperfection) thirty-three times"
So every legislative text connecting remembrances to the end of the prayer are understood to mean after it.
So it is in accordance to the noble verse.
➖The second:
It's because the Prophet ﷺ made what comes after the final Tashahhud a place for supplications; so every legislated text connecting supplications with the end of the prayer are understood to mean at its end; so the supplications are at the place the Prophet ﷺ directed the supplications to be, except if understanding the text in this manner is impossible, or far away from what that specific context necessitates, then it's understood through what that context necessitates."

Upon this, the place which is inquired about in the question is: before the Taslīm, because it's a supplication.
And this is what is declared to be most correct by Shaykh-Ul-Islām, Ibn Ul-Qayyim, Ibn Bāz and other than them, may Allah have mercy on them all.
And success is granted by Allah.

📚Fatawa from the Scholars of Yemen📚
🛰️Shaikh Yusuf al-Shurabi (may Allah preserve him) was asked:
📬 Question:
Why do some of the people charge in order to teach Quran and the Arabic language? We have not seen this from the Sunnah or the Companions. Is this action correct?
📭 Answer:
This action is not from the Sunnah or the way of the companions. So we advise with leaving it off. We do not know of the salaf or any of the imaams of Islam to have done this. And we fear this may cause the person to go astray because his intentions can become altered and he may now be seeking other than the reward of Allah and we know from the hadith of Umar that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended."
So we advise our brothers to leave off this way as Allah mentioned about the messengers,
{لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَآءً وَلَا شُكُورًا}
✨"We wish not from you a reward nor any gratitude." [Insan:9]
Then Allah chastised His Messenger when He the Most-High said:
﴿أَمْ تَسْـَلُهُمْ أَجْراً فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ﴾
✨"(Or is it that you ask them for a wage, so that they are heavily burdened with debt).
As it was explained by one of the people of Tafsir:
The meaning of it is, `you, O Muhammad, call them to Allah without taking any wages from them. rather, you hope for the reward with Allah.
So teach the people and do not seek any financial benefit your reward is with Allah.
And Allah knows best.

What is the hukm on live video call?Rather it be with one's family or spouse, will it not being recorded or saved still make it fall under the prohibition of picture taking?
What is the ruling on Live Video on Whatsapp or Zoom to teach Quran for hifdh students and teachers, and for those who call their families and check on them and those who had zoom meeting at work.
It is clear that Image is Haram unrestricted but when it comes to live video, we see sheikh Fawzaan, Sheikh Saleh Al-Luhaydaan, Ibn Uthaymeen, and many of the Scholars who deem picture to be Haram but having a live videos of their classes.
We kindly need an explanation...
