Arguably the most powerful and the best part of the video

If you want to become successful in life, young man, he said, number one, you've got to change your mindset. He said, you don't get in life what you want, you get in life what you are. Number two, practice OQP. Only quality people. And the third thing he said, develop your communication skills, because once you open your mouth, you tell the world who you are🔥🔥🔥

Comes highly recommended ⚡️⚡️

This Is Why You DON'T SUCCEED! (Don't Let This HOLD YOU BACK From Succes... https://youtube.com/watch?v=PeK9EeKNXDM&si=dCMQvLQJowRGBZVq

The bar graph describes the changes in the prices of apples and oranges from 2010 to 2014 in Australia. Overall, the prices of these types of fruit in Australia increased over the period, albeit to varying degrees. It is also worth mentioning that during the initial three years apples were relatively expensive compared to oranges, while the reverse was true for the years 2013 and 2014. In detail, the figures for the prices of both apples and oranges showed an upward trend, with that of oranges changing more noticeably. The price of the former started at around $4.8, whereas that of the latter stood at $4 per pound in 2010. These numbers continued to rise and constituted roughly $5 after two years. However, starting from 2013, oranges became costlier than apples. The prices of both fruits were just above $5 per pound, with that of oranges being slightly higher. In the final year, by contrast, the disparity between the prices of oranges and apples extended and the figure for oranges reached a peak of just under $6, while that for apples stood at about $5.2. #task1

Students from some countries around the world attend university in their hometown, while other students study at university which is away from their city and family. Although there are some drawbacks of living away from home to study, I believe that its benefits are far more significant. Admittedly, there are a couple of demerits associated with leaving one's home in the pursuit of getting education. The first concern is the lack of assistance from family and friends. That is, having been obliged to live away from their family and home, many young students  may not be able to get an adequate amount of financial or emotional help that students who live with their family can get. This, in turn, might make them feel more depressed and vulnerable if they are faced with a problem. Secondly, students who study in another city may have some difficulties during the adaptation period. More precisely, after  leaving their home, students have to learn the social and cultural norms of the new place that they are residing in and adjust to a relatively new lifestyle, and this adjustment, more often than not, does not come without some challenges like cultural misunderstandings and language barrier. That notwithstanding, the positives of studying in another city is more important than its negatives. Firstly, it paves the way for them to develop into independent individuals.  Having started studying in a place rather than their hometown, students learn to make decisions independently and perform tasks like cooking, taking care of the household and paying bills on their own and thereby lead an autonomous life. Another benefit is that they are bound to develop financial literacy. Once students leave their families, they have to learn how to save and allocate money wisely and keep track of their own budget without parental guidance. Seen in this light, pursuing education in another region seems more advantageous. In conclusion, studying in another city can be disadvantageous for the reasons stated above such as the shortage of emotional or monetary aid and adaptation problems. However, I am of the opinion that it is more desirable seeing as this process enables students to learn to be independent and  financially literate. #task2 #version2

While in some countries staying at one's home together with family and studying at local educational establishments are becoming prevalent among university students, students of other countries opting for moving out and pursuing their education in another city. Although I concede that living away from home during university is not without its drawbacks, merits of this trend by far exceed them. Admittedly, there are several unfavorable consequences stemming from attending non-local universities. Firstly, being away from family and friends can inflict anxiety and a feeling of loneliness. Seeing as family members are the closest people who know much about our life and the ones that we spend most of our time with, we constantly communicate with them, share our experience and secrets. Not only that, but we can also rely on their support and assistance whenever we struggle and fail to accomplish a certain task. Having known that there are people out there who can lend a helping hand and share a burden makes individual feel secure and loved. Leading a lonely life, on the other hand, subtracts from all the privileges counted above. That said, I reckon that receiving high education in another city yields several benefits, one of them being independency. Once moved out to study in a different region, a student is exposed to a new environment. Such an unfamiliar situation compels him to acquire essential skills in order to make one's own living, ranging from paying household bills to buying groceries, to name but a few. Another advantageous aspect is a chance to bolster effective communication skills. When a student lives alone, he/she has no other choice but to start talking with other people. Fostering good interaction skills, for instance, can come handy in one's personal and academic life along with a future career. Despite the setbacks that naturally occur throughout this adaptation period, these altogether play a significant role in shaping a well-rounded individual. In conclusion, granted, isolation and lack of support can be the undesirable consequences of attending university in another area, I, however, believe that the advantages thereof outstrip them all. #task2 #version1

In some countries, university students live at home with their family while they study, whereas in other countries students attend university in another city. Do you think the benefits of living away from home during university outweigh the disadvantages? #task2

Actually, one situation that happened today made me wanna write this post and more importantly, it's dedicated to someone. Hope it'll find its recipient))

🌟Imagine waking up one day and finding out that you only have 6 months left to live. Sounds scary, right?😅 But just take a moment and think about how this news would change the way you live your life. Would you start doing all the things you've always wanted to do but never had the courage to pursue? Would you take the time to appreciate the little things in your life?🤔💭 We all have probably been asked questions like " What are you doing with your life? " or " If there's anything that you would change about your life, what would it be?" and the like. All of these questions are thought- provoking and encourage us to take some time and reflect on our lives. However, the question that I ask myself most is " How would I live my life if I had only 6 months to live?" I know for some people it may seem strange and you can even call me crazy😅 but this single question helps me a lot to reflect on my life and make shrewd decisions on whether I wanna change something or not. If I can find the answer at that moment of self-reflection, then I know that everything is fine. But if not, then I ask my follow-up question which is " If I had only 6 months to live, would I be willing to live as I'm living now? " If the answer is no, then clearly something needs to be changed. This question serves as a powerful reminder to reassess my priorities and make the most of every day 💫💫 It's a call to live a life that aligns with my values and brings me true fulfillment. So, the thought of having a short time to live makes me strive to spend my day with purpose, passion, and gratitude. 💖✨✨ Now, I want you to ask the same question... #deepthoughts #selfreflection

The images illustrate the present and future layouts of a land in Norbiton. From an overall perspective, an industrial area is expected to be transformed into residential estate. It is also noteworthy that the site is predicted to undergo a comprehensive makeover with regards to housing and other premises. Focusing on the Norbiton industrial area now, there is a farmland in the northern side of the map, with a river running to the south of it. In the heart of the land, ring road is located, which projects two paths, one of which extends to the east and the other to the south of an outline. When it comes to constructions, there are only 8 factories, with three of them being featured around the ring road and five of them encircling the east road. Fast forward to the future design, two more roads are going to be added to the ring road, which thereby divide the area into four parts. One of them is expected to be paved across the river, with the second expanding to the west. In the north-western side, four housing blocks are shown to be built, with one springing up on the other side of the river. The east road is projected to be flanked by two housing blocks and a playground on its north, and one housing block and a medical centre on its south, with a school being constructed on the far end of it. The south-western wing, in the meantime, is predicted to feature some shops. #task_1

The bar graph compares data on the mean number of teaching hours in 3 distinct school types of four nations in 2001. Overall, the higher the education level was, the more time was spent on teaching. While upper secondary school had by far the highest figures, the reverse was true for primary school in all countries in question. It is also apparent that the US topped the list due to the biggest hour counts in each school type given. Focusing on the primary school initially, the quantity of hours in Japan and Iceland amounted to around 600, which was 50 hours less than that of Spain. Meanwhile, the US took the lead, with 750 hours in average. The lower secondary school ranked second regarding the count of hours. Japan and Iceland had more or less the same figure, standing at rough 650. The US had the average of 1000 hours, that was 300 as more as in Spain. Finally, the figure for upper secondary school in given areas varied to certain extent.  Japanese teachers spent 700 hours teaching, whereas Spanish and Icelandic ones did merely 900. The American teachers, in the meantime, had 1200 teaching hours over the year. #task_1
