Fun fact: did you know Maythematics started out in a 2 room HDB with my eldest daughter (5 year old now; less than 6 months old back then) sitting in for classes obediently and joining in my filming when I started filming content? It’s been such a milestone that our Kembangan branch is expanding for the 3rd time and the bigger unit will be ready in August 2026 💕

We received many requests asking how to solve 2025 Henry Park Math Prelim Paper 2 Q17. I’ve previously gone through this last year on TikTok Live. I’ll share the solutions and the video recordings on how to do it here! I introduced 3 different methods - choose the one that you can understand the best! 💕

Hi all! An update for P6 2025 Prelim - ACS Primary as we were wrapping up this paper on live earlier. Original answer for Paper 2 Q12 is wrong. Answer should be 6 instead of 40. This is in addition to Paper 2 Q10(c) which previously had a wrong answer of $15 instead of $4 as well. I have rectified the answer above in the most update full worked solution I’ve just sent over!

Just headed to Popular and realised that so many assessment books have not been updated to reflect the latest PSLE Mathematics syllabus changes. Do be careful when selecting assessment books for your child! Some common things to look out for: ❌ Topics that are no longer in the syllabus: • Speed • 8-Point Compass ❌ Outdated exam formats: • Papers still showing the old timing and question structure I posted a video on how you can spot the differences previously: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSQ7XVXjm/ A quick flip through the contents page and sample papers can save you from spending money on materials that are no longer fully relevant. Hi students! I designed a simple study planner that you can plan your daily schedule and note down the lessons you learn everyday from your revision. I find this really useful when I started doing this manually using a simple notebook when I was a student. Until today I do something similar when it comes to my work as well. Hope it helps! 💕

Sharing a feedback by a parent who enrolled his son to our P6 Spatial Visualisation workshop hosted just now! I’m actually so heartened and surprised to know that work done behind the scenes (creating the questions for the workshops) can be seen and appreciated by parents. Just to take this time to share as well, every single question is deliberately chosen and created to put in our worksheets to ensure students get the best exposure in depth and breadth when it comes to questions. This is done thoughtfully after I analysed more than 50 PSLE and prelim papers. We made every student recite 1 out of 4 commonly-tested questions for Number Pattern Workshop before they could go for a break midway 🤭 I realised this worked really well as they were motivated. A student who scored 99/100 for our recent PSLE Mock Exam hosted at our centre also felt that she learnt how to do some questions from this workshop. With that, we have ended our 1st run of workshops and will be running our 2nd run of these workshops soon.
