KDP collaboration with the Turkish state's MIT in the Amadiya region: Over the past few years, Parastin affiliated with the KDP have become a coordination center in the fight against the guerrillas. One of of these operations was the ambush that took place in the village of Guherzi in the Amadiya. Armed forces dressed in civilian clothes & using a vehicle belonging to KDP linked forces brutally murdered three guerrillas. The license plate of the vehicle that attacked the guerrillas is also visible in the video (Screenshot). Ahmed Sedullay Guherzî, head of the village of Guherzi, is also directly linked to the KDP & has previously openly expressed his hostility towards the guerrillas on several occasions & even spoke about the guerrilla tunnels on the KDP's television channel Rudaw. After the ambush the HPG stated that the information about the perpetrators of the ambush and the network of KDP members collaborating with the MIT will be published.

KDP cooperation with the Turkish occupation: Three guerrillas martyred While passing the village of Guherzê, 3 HPG guerrillas were ambushed on February 21st. As seen on the footage spread on different Telegram channels the perpetrators were wearing civilian clothes & drive of in a civilian car. So who are the attackers? All indices point to the attackers being connected to the KDP and Parastin, KDP'S intelligence agency. Parastin is working closely with the Turkish intelligence agency MIT. The hypocrisy of the KDP comes to light: Just days after they met with the Imrali- Delegation they attack the Guerrillas passing by a village.

I was pleased to see this Owen Jones interview as I've seen similar comments about what's happening at Tishreen. For example, that it's an unethical 'human shields' gathering. Just like with backlash against other anti-imperialist and civilian actions around the world, it's important to look deeper into this narrative.

"Solidarity is our weapon – we are Tishreen!" Graffiti at the Reitschule in Bern For the past month, the people of Rojava have been collectively defending the crucial Tişrîn Dam. Despite daily Turkish attacks on civilians and SDF forces, the community stands firmly behind the SDF and the dam. As Kongra Star member Jiyan Hisên says, “Our people are making history again by defending their land, water, soil, and very existence.” This resistance is backed by all segments of society across the autonomous regions of northern and eastern Syria. Kurds, Arabs, Syrians, and Armenians stand united at the dam, shielding it from further Turkish shelling. Without them, the region would face severe water shortages, major power outages, dangerous flooding, and a looming disaster. In 31 days of resistance, Turkey has killed 41 people and injured around 250 people. The historic defense of Tişrîn Dam shows the world we see these war crimes and stand in solidarity with the popular resistance and the SDF. @rojavaagenda
