An unethical (?) hack I have recently picked up from other young(er) colleagues:
Offer to group order Chagee/Molly Tea/other drinks for your team around 2pm, so by the time it is your order, you get a 10 minutes break when you head out to pick up >.<
| 2 | All the under 30 in office have their own keyboards because it’s the only personality/colour we can have in our office (strict dress code, decorations on desk not allowed) and I have decided to customise my own tactile keyboard to add some colour to my desk.
Next thing to think about is investing in the ergonomic mouse from Logitech that everyone seems to praise >.< (this is peak consumerism, I am aware)
Hope everyone is doing well in school (exam season?)/ at work! | 1 783 |
| 3 | I have just been informed that membrane keyboard means no clicky sounds and I want to be an annoyance to my neighbours (kidding) so it’s a no go >.< | 1 992 |
| 4 | Buying a keyboard for work, anyone has any idea if these $20 keyboards are any good >.< it looks too cheap to be true but it’s 5 stars?
Please react with heart ❤️ or 💔 so i know if it’s any good… TIA!!

| 5 | The haze is quite bad today >.< Looking at 150s-180s across central and the east side.
Highly recommend everyone working from office to stay indoors for lunch today. Dabao back to desk! | 2 950 |
| 6 | If you received a call from 97789927 claiming to be from any one of the major insurers in Singapore, it is a scam. Sharing this as my family received a call and I have personally called the insurer (Income) to verify that this is indeed a scam caller and Income have received at least 70 complains regarding this number. | 3 991 |

| 12 | Hello everyone!
As you may know, I'm a BBA student so I had my Commencement yesterday! This marks an end to a very beautiful journey in NUS.
What is more beautiful is the Alumni Perks with uNivUS!
In the paper magazine given to graduates, there is a page on Alumni Perks! It includes things like discounts on hotels, therapy, GP clinics, home repairs and even kindergarten enrollments.
Highly reccomend everyone give the magazine a quick flip before recycling it (recycle for good karma!) or check out the persk on uNivUS! | 1 992 |
| 13 | Not too sure how I ended up in this channel a few years ago, but I wanted to encourage all the juniors in this channel to join such CFG ran channels!
Especially the one for SoC Students, there are always really good internship opportunities and they update it regularly.
For BBA students, I reccomend joining Pathfinders as they have a pretty decent group chat with internship openings. Naturally, also look out for emails from BizCareers.
Adios! Leaving all the NUS channels >.< | 2 860 |
| 14 | There is also a paid service to make your degree certificate into an acrylic plaque (example in the picture) and the few providers in Singapore charge around $40-100 depending on your requirements...
Perhaps I do not comprehend the hype around my degree because it did not feel like I fought life and death for it (I certainly did for my A's) but I'm thinking of either letting my scroll sit in the drawer (together with my laminated PSLE cert) or just buying a cheap $10 frame from Popular and call it a day.
Just sharing some of the things I'm looking at, not selling any services btw >.< | 2 656 |
| 15 | Floated the idea of taking pictures with my family only to find out that they are a jaw whopping $300~ for a 20*25cm portrait. I ended up telling my parents that we either go to a self-photography studio and take it ourselves or just not take the photo -.-" | 2 433 |

| 18 | Just checked my NUS email to look for my commencement timeslot (ICYMI!! Check now!) and to my horror there has been 400+ unread emails in the past 2 months.
The BizCareer office is really working overtime to get us employed aren't they? Lots of niche jobs from companies I've never heard of but they all seem pretty nice. Hope that someone benefit from them! | 3 328 |
| 19 | One day you log into uNivUS and realise, this is the last time you will ever need this app.
The next time, and perhaps last time, I'll visit NUS as a student will be for my commencement ceremony. | 3 314 |
