Barrier communication 1. Physical ➡️ Nature of the environment as noise اي مشاكل متعلقه حول البيئه من ضوضاء وغيره 2. Organizations ➡️ System, structure , policy اي حاجه خاصه بالمستشفي من سياسات وإشراف 3. Personal ➡️ Psychological, lack of motivation خاصه بالمشاكل النفسيه للشخص 4. Ambiguity ➡️ Different meaning كلمه غامضه لها معاني مختلفه او اكتر من معني 5. Individual linguistic ability ➡️ Difficult or inappropriate words , jargon عنده صعوبه ف تفسير الكلمات وبتمنع المستقبل أنه يفهم الرساله 6. Physiological ➡️ Personal discomfort, ill health عنده مشاكل ف صحته 7. Bypassing ➡️ Don't attach the same symbolic meaning to words بقول حاجه وهو يفهم حاجه تانيه 8. Culture ➡️ Believe , customs , attitude ثقافه الشخص ودينه ومعتقداته 9. Fear of criticized ➡️ Major factors prevent good communication 10. Gender ➡️ difference in thought

Inter personal communication ➡️ بنشارك فيها المعلومات بين الاشخاص Face to face, very sample بتكون Written or oral 1.Oral ➡️ Spoken words , face to face conservation, electronic mode as telephone الهدف منها More reliable, sender can get feedback quickly Ex : History taking, Pain assessment, Diagnosis & treatment plans and Discharge instructions . مهميييين 2. Written ➡️ Written words or drawing وبتكون معانا لو عاوزين نرجعلها ف المستقبل Expressed through Groups , charts, diagrams, pictures Patient Care Documentation (Nurses' notes, Progress notes, Discharge summaries)- Handoff reports, Incident reports, SPAR Referral forms and Care plans. Nonverbal ➡️ Most powerful means of communication Facial expressions, posture, body movement , gestures and distance

عندنا اربع انواع من التواصل مهمين جدا Formal , informal, interpersonal, Nonverbal Formal Communication له ثلاث انواع مهين Horizontal, Vertical, Diagonal هنتكلم ب اختصار عن كل نوع 1. Formal communication ➡️from formal Chain of command , authority. . . Designed , controlled and regulated by the management تواصل رسمي بيكون له خطط واضحه ومصممه وله قواعد وقوانين واوامر من الاداره Horizontal = Lateral ➡️ Between Two Person of the Same level or position تسليم حاله ف نفس ال level بيني وبين الهيد نيرس زميلتي اللي موجوده ف العمليات زميلتي اللي هتيجي ف شيفت السهر بعملها تسليم الحاله Shift report دا منه نوعين written and oral ولكن هو ف الاساس بيكون 1.Horizontal communication = At the same position مثال لو حاله عندها COPD او اي مرض عموما بعرف اللي هتستلم منك الريبورت Shift report وبتكون معاكي ف نفس المستوي او مثلا مدير الماليه بيتواصل مع مدير الماركت او تواصل نيرس ف قسم جراحه مع نيرس ف قسم عمليات طالما قال نيرس مع نيرس او مدير مع مدير يبقا نفس البوزيشن يبقا ع طول هنختار horizontal *الهدف منه* ان يكون فيه تعاون بين الممرضات وبينا وبين الاقسام المختلفه زي قسم الجراحه وقسم العمليات 2.Vertical عمودي ➡️ Upward and Downward A.Downward من اعلي لاقل➡️From Superior to subordinate Transmit Commands , orders , Instructions , Policy , roles , responsibilities , Structure من اعلي لاقل جاي من المدير ل الهيد نيرس ثم الاستف عباره عن اوامر وإرشادات وبروسيدجرات ووبولسي المدير بينقلها للهيد والهيد نيرس هتنقلها للاستف B. Upward ➡️ من اقل لاعلي من الاستف للمدير From Subordinate to superior or manager Provide feedback, report about order and procedures , suggestions boxes , Complaint تفتكر إن الاستف هيشتكي للمدير ف صندوق الشكاوي اي حاجه خاصه ب الاستف عاوز يقولها للمدير 3.Diagonal اقسام *مختلفه* ملهمش علاقه ببعض زي المدير مثلا يتواصل مع المعمل او الصيدليه او العمال او نفقه الدوله او مركز التطوير Informal (Grapevine ) ➡️ Personal and social relationships بينا الاصحاب وبعضهم بنسميه العصفوره بينقل الكلام عاوز تنشر خبر ف بقول لحد معين انا عارف إنه هيروح يفضح الدنيا وينشر الخبر دا وبنكون قاعدين ف كافيه مثلا وبنقول إن شخص هيتعين وشخص هينتقل من المستشفي من الاخر بنقول اشااعااااات Rumors بتسبب ناااار fire

Communication ➡️ Two way process Between Two person or more Sender راسل الرساله ➡️ Transmit a massage to another ينقل مشاعر او خطاب او معلومات لشخص آخر Encoding المسدج متشفره ➡️ Code or symbols to transmit the massage to another Massage الرساله ➡️ Actually expressions is verbal, non verbal, written materials, arts and symbols Channel ➡️ Media 3 Channels ➡️ visual, auditory, and kinesthetic ( experiencing sensations is Psychomotor ) Receiver مستقبل الرساله ➡️ Listen , observe , recipient the message Decode ➡️ فك تشفير الرساله بواسطه مستقبل الرساله ودي مخزن المعرفه والخبرات وفيها بنفهم معني الرساله 1. Interpretation and conclusion the message 2.Storehouse of knowledge and experience Feedback ➡️ Response or reaction receiver to the message
