Wait 10 seconds before you respond.
Just get used to it.

from emotions instead of
from well-considered thoughts,
facts and deep feeling.
Get used to it to
go deep within yourself,
before you respond.
Sentences like:
I hear what you're saying...
I'll think about that some more...
I'll come back to that later...
can just give you the space
to let go of your first emotions.
When you are sensitive you
first get a physical reaction.
That often feels annoying.
As if a wave is building inside you
and you can release that pressure
on your own by responding directly
with words from emotions.
Teach yourself to catch that wave
to pass by it.
Even if you don't put words to it,
the pressure will disappear and will
extinguish the first emotions.
When you are sensitive, you always
first receive it from emotions,
you roll an energy into that
causes a new wave.
Feel what's happening inside
let it go out by not responding.
Breathe deeply if necessary
and then blow it out.
Take your time before you
respond with words.
It's also good to just say
that you will come back to it later because
it is now too restless within yourself.
Count till 10. Breathe.
And then make a conscious decision
to respond from your deepest self.
