Repost from Journey to IAS

Repost from Echoes of Awareness
The Curious Mind asked:
Everyone gives a good advice but no one teaches you how to apply. Do you have any good thought on this?
And Awareness Replied:
It is my belief… That you will never really enjoy Himachal… If a guide told you every place to be… All the sights to see…
The true fun of the experience lies in having a rough guideline… And then experiencing the chaos of life by yourself…
Filled with surprises…
Repost from The Thought Book
Stop trying to be “nice” if it hurts you. Being kind is good, but not when it makes you feel small or sad. You don’t have to let people treat you badly just to keep them happy. It’s okay to say “no” and to protect yourself. Some people will understand and stay. Some people will leave quietly, and that’s alright. The ones who truly care will respect your heart. Choosing yourself is not selfish it’s being brave. Your feelings, your peace, and your heart are important. Always remember that.
