Social Media Design & Strategy • Develop visuals tailored to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. • Support real-time coverage with rapid visual content production. • Propose creative strategies based on trends to expand engagement and impact. Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and content team on design and publishing. • Participate in editorial planning and campaign brainstorming. • Manage multiple assignments while delivering high-quality visuals on time. 4. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital media production. • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Strong understanding of visual storytelling in journalistic and human rights contexts. • Experience creating content for multilingual and multicultural audiences. • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment. • Commitment to TAWAZON’s values of ethical journalism, human rights, and balanced reporting. 5.
