BUILDING RESTORATION 4 JUNE 2026 Building update We are experiencing delays in the rebuilding of Bethel due to details that need to be addressed for the tender. God willing, we should be able to award the contract to our chosen main contractor by the end of June and begin renovation works proper in July.   Pray with us • For all outstanding issues to be adequately addressed. • For good communication and working relationships with our Project Manager Mr Teoh, Loss Adjustor Mr Thanga and main contractor. —— 建筑修复进展 由于招标过程中仍有一些细节需要处理，四楼崇拜厅 Bethel 重建工程目前出现延迟。若蒙神恩典并一切顺利，我们预计可在六月底前完成总承包商的遴选与委任，并于七月正式展开装修工程。 代祷事项 • 求神帮助所有尚未解决的问题都能得到妥善处理。 • 求神赐下良好的沟通与合作关系，使我们与项目经理 Mr Teoh、保险理赔评估师 Mr Thanga 以及总承包商之间能够同心协力、顺利推进工程。

The mothers of the Bible remind us that faith is lived out in both extraordinary trials and everyday devotion. Hagar’s obedience, Jochebed’s courage, Hannah’s persistence and Mary’s surrender show us that God honours trust in Him. This Mother’s Day, as we remember their stories, let's also celebrate the mothers in our lives whose love, sacrifices and steadfastness have nurtured us and reflected Christ’s heart to us. Happy Mother's Day to all our mothers and mothers-to-be! ♥️

As we celebrate the risen Christ today, we stand confidently in the truth that He has conquered sin and death and redeemed us, giving us new life and a glorious hope. The slain Lamb of God sits on His throne now and forevermore! May our lives be lived in glad submission and total allegiance to the One who is worthy of it all!

As we reflect on the death of our Lord Jesus Christ today, we turn our eyes to the perfect Lamb of God who endured God's wrath in our place and gave up His life to make us pure and blameless. May our hearts be grieved by the weight of our sin yet also gripped by the wondrous sacrifice of our Saviour. Thank You, Jesus, for all You've done for us.

The book of Revelation isn’t about decoding hidden secrets — it’s about encountering God in His holiness and glory. Here are short reflections from 4 WEFCers who attended our Revelation Grow Class in January, reminding us of God’s call to faithful, holy living and His encouragement for His church. As we continue our journey through Revelation, may we be encouraged and strengthened to press on and press in — to God's heart and His purposes. ✨

Through Revelation, we’ve begun to grasp of what it means to worship before the throne of our holy God — the Alpha and the Omega, the Lion and the Lamb. This Easter, we turn our eyes to the slain Lamb who sacrificed His life to redeem us from sin and death. Let's come before God's throne of grace to remember and celebrate the depths of His perfect love and justice. Who has God placed on your heart to reach out to? BUILDING RESTORATION 13 MARCH 2026 Official SCDF Fire Report Findings Based on the Fire Report from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), the official cause of the fire in Bethel on 28 September 2025 was accidental and of electrical origin at the electrical fixtures and their connected wirings in the audio-visual booth. Local news initially reported that preliminary findings had pointed to the audio system as the possible cause of the fire. Based on the SCDF report, we would now like to clarify that the audio system, set up by Illuminate Productions, was in no way related to the cause of the fire. Building update • The walls and ceiling in Bethel have undergone a thorough cleaning and painting has begun. • Our tender for the rebuilding works is now underway.
