▫️Present Continuous → Past Continuous

"I am studying." → He said that he was studying.

▫️Present Perfect → Past Perfect

"I have finished my work." → She said that she had finished her work.

▫️Present Perfect Continuous → Past Perfect Continuous

"I have been waiting for an hour." → He said that he had been waiting for an hour.

❕Pronouns often change according to the speaker.

"I am tired."→ She said that she was tired.
