Жуткое ранение🔞
Диагноз: Множественные осколочные ранения левой верхней конечности с неполным отрывом кисти. Травматический шок I степени.
Оказанная помощь:
➖ Туалет раны
➖ Наложение асептической повязки
➖ Наложение провизорного жгута
➖ Транспортная иммобилизация левой верхней конечности
➖ Медикаментозно: Цефтриаксон 2г в/в, нефопам 20мг в/в, метоклопрамид 10мг в/в, Стерофундин 1л
❗️Не решились ампутировать кисть. Показалось, что она тёплая. Возможно сосуды не повреждены
