I had done videos on this before, so folk would have seen the condition it was in, but there is a grave stone in my local grave yard near a metal statue of our lord, that i like to visit from time to time. The grave stone caught my eye because it is written in our real cló gaelach but you can hardly read it as it is really old.. The other day i brought my pride and joy, my youngest over to see jesus and when i went to have a look at the grave stone.. as you can see from the photo, the wording were so clear to see.. Honestly those words were faded previously..?

We need to be blocking roads alright to then start arresting those who are doing us harm, peacefully of course, no violence, just to apprehend them and arrest them ( its our right to defend ourselves and we must do it lawfully) and bring them in front of a peoples jury ( their peers) for their crimes.. Right now, there is a constitutional rule that polititians can not be arrested going to and from work.. ( but it does not say they can not be arrested.? When are we going to learn that, The rule of law seems to be finished on this island, its broken. it is no longer serves or protects our people, when you see pedo's being released from prison without charge, but an old guy who is just trying to home himself is arrested for doing so and may do some prison time, is enough to say " enough now ". When your so called leaders no longer represent their people, and are hell bent on ignoring our will and what is best for our people and are no longer doing their jobs, they need to be fired... When the courts using their garda, to cover up, and then protect all harm coming towards our people, those judges need to be fired and we must not comply to their so called unjust rulings.. In a normal society, these people who were part of posioning 1000's, maybe millions our people and have now put our women and children in harms way, should be behind bars for their actions, not getting to continue on, and make fortunes, because they wear a suite, and smile for the camera, dangerous people like that absolute irish hater, ( Fidelity to the nation, is written into our laws for a reason, it needs to be used) should not be protected by our polititians.But nope,the judges do nothing, because they too have been sank and are part of the club.. So the question, can we still rely on them. They alone, dont own this country, As a collective of na h'éıReann , we all do.. Take back what is partly yours and your childrens. They are only suppose to upkeep the law, our law, that we are meant to have a say on, the will of our people. I think its time, we as a people stop " protesting" it doesnt work and it has not worked the past five years, and no matter how much we do it, it still wont work ( yet our people are still doing it) its a waste of time.. I was once asked on another channel on wether i had an answer, and though i see were most are going wrong, i dont have all the answers.. But i do believe i get what we need to be doing, so here it is.. We go back to were it all started, pre 1916, and get organised Now ( believe me, the muslims in this nation now are getting organised) before 1918 and when our first dáil was set up, our people for many years had been boycotting and then running their own court systems out of the " village community centres" FACT. We had our own police too that boycotted and ignored the bristish rule at the time, then some of them, sadly without a full national backing, went for it in 1916 and started a revolution that would then lead to the setting up of our own peoples government held in the mansion house ( this history we all know and we then know how it was all foiled again by the coup of 1922, and the so called " freestate" was a coup, face it and realise the fact) it stopped what our people had been trying to do, it then created a new british controlled court system with a so called irish stamp on it, the harp.? . My research had shown me, right up to about 1932, we had two court systems claiming power. " the peoples and the new " freestate " british controlled establishment, which the king signed off on.? So, we need to finish what had been started in the late 1800's and set on paper in 1918 with a six article " an dala éıReann" and reestablish our own peoples court again ( like they did back in the early irish days) boycott this clearly corrupted system, treat it like it was the british system of the past and say No, and take back our own power with our own peoples court again, using Irish laws, our bunreacht, and a once more " whole island" republician police of willing men who want to protect their families, ( being a republican, has nothing to do with north or south, catholic or prodestant) that was the trickery. A republic, is a nation people, RAN by its own people and of the people, all created by the people who want to protect what makes them a people.. A solely christian of faith, island people of shared history and culture and protectors of it.

Is Today FM now promulgating the interference with the rights of Irish citizens as a solution to a housing crisis created by Government, in advance of an announcement to proceed with this Bill? A citizen’s right to private property is fundamental and is enshrined in the Irish Constitution under Article 43, Article 40 (3) and Article 44(2)( 5) and (6). The proposed insertion of Article 43.2(2) into the Constitution, vesting power in the State to ‘delimit the right to private property, infringes upon an Irish citizen's right to own or purchase private property and is also subject to interpretation by the State on what constitutes "the common good". In other words, the State would decide how much property a citizen can have, and enforce compulsory acquisition where they consider it "necessary for the common good". Successive Governments have already failed to protect a citizen’s right to secure private property as affordable homes under Article 43.1 (1) of the Constitution through policies that have consistently incentivised global multibillionaire and trillionaire investment corporations and vulture funds to purchase residential housing developments and apartments en masse. To suggest that Irish citizens would agree to a constitutional amendment exposing them to further attacks on their right to purchase, inherit or otherwise acquire private property, through the subsequent creation of legislation or policy, is perhaps indicative of how out of touch public representative are to people on the ground. It is the State’s actions that have led to the current housing crisis. It is both unjust, and an affront to our fundamental rights and freedoms, as enshrined in the Constitution, to propose that any delimitation of private property to vindicate a correlating right to housing for all residents, should apply to Irish citizens who are property owners. The UN Special Rapporteur report on housing submitted to the Irish Government was highly critical of the Irish Government for facilitating preferential tax laws that enabled “faceless corporations wreaking havoc with tenants” and that “almost overnight, multi-national private equity and asset management firms like Blackstone have become the biggest landlords in the world purchasing many thousands of units and changing he worldwide housing landscape”. The UN condemned Ireland for allowing multinational vulture funds to scoop up low income and affordable housing, upgrading them and substantially raising rents, forcing tenants out of their homes. In 2018 it was reported by the media that up to 18,000 families were set to become homeless as multinational vulture funds bought over buy-to-let properties from landlords who had fallen into arrears, and in 2019, 95% of apartments were sold to investment companies leaving just 5% for individuals and couples. Under Article 43.1 (1) and (2) of the Irish Constitution the State acknowledges that 'man' has the right to private ownershihp of property. When the Irish people ratified the Constitution in 1937, it was unimaginable to envisage that their homeland would be one day be owned by ruthless, international corporate financiers.
