The table and two pie charts illustrate how the amount of Police Budget changed, the former gives information on where the funding came from and the latter how it was distributed in Britain in the years 2017 and 2018.
Overall, it is clear that Britain's main police budget came from National Government, and this money was spent mainly on salaries over the period.
Turning to the details, Police Budget accepted 304.7 £ m in 2017 and 318.6 £ m in 2018 in total, which means that the figure for money came from 3 different sources increased generally during the period. National Government, for instance, increased from 175.5m to 177.8m which was the highest figure in both years, and Local Taxes and other sources such as grants grew by 11.1m and 0.5m respectively in 2018.
Looking at the charts below, significant proportion of money was spent on salaries of officers and staff making up 75% and this witnessed a decline in 2018 by 6%. 17% of the Police Budget was spent on Buildings and Transport in both years without changes, the spendings of Technology, moreover, experienced only growth from 8% in the year 2017 to 14% in 2018.

I need some feedback for my essays for both task 1 and task 2, please guys I hope you will leave a comment .
In some people's views, taking risks in both jobs and personal life is really crucial because of some factors. I personally agree with the statement of taking risks' benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
Many believe that it is not sometimes true to take risks nowadays. Before making a quick decision, firstly, everyone should think deeply with much more patience. When it comes to personal life, thinking carefully about your future partner is crucial because they choose a life-long wife or husband, it would be better, they did not hurry for this and test their partners before getting married. Regarding professional lives, if people risk and do not obey their managers a lot, they tend to lose their career so that people should be more patient and avoid the risks.
On the other hand, it often plays a vital role to take risks in our fast-paced life because of a major reason. Everyone should know this reason, it is because if someone want to achieve their goals, firstly, they are needed to take risks. People, who are not afraid of failures and tend to risk more, moreover, are always successful like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, the richest and most successful people in the world. Taking risks is not bad because if people, who tend to risk more, lose, they will get experience, and if they are successful, they will achieve your aim that they wanted.
In conclusion, although taking risks has drawbacks like losing the job and making a false decision, this is always true for people, who want to get either experience or success, to take risks.
