မလုပ်ချင်စိတ်ကို ခိုင်းနည်း အလုပ်လုပ်ချင်စိတ်မရှိလဲ အလုပ်ပြီးအောင်ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ကြမလဲ🤔? ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဘဝကြီးကအမြဲ ပျော်နေတာမျိုးမဟုတ်ပါဘူး😞။တချို့ရက်တွေမှာ နားစရာမရှိအောင်ကို အလုပ်တွေရှုပ်နေလိုက်၊ တချို့ရက်တွေမှာ ပျင်းစရာကောင်းလှအောင် လုပ်စရာ မရှိတာမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်နေတက်ပါတယ်။ကျွန်တော်တို့ လုပ်စရာမရှိခြင်းက နောက်မှ လုပ်မယ် ဆိုပြီး အလုပ်တွေကို ချန်ထား လို့ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ အလုပ်တွေပိနေခြင်းဟာလဲ ရှေ့မှာ မလုပ်ခဲ့ရတာတွေက အလုပ်ပိုနေစေလို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။အဲ့တော့ Deadline Fighter လုပ်ရပါတော့တယ်😁။ ဘာလို့ အမြဲ Deadline နီးမှ အလုပ်တွေလုပ်နေတာလဲ ဆိုတာပြန်ကြည့်မယ်ဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့က တစ်ခုခုလုပ်တော့မယ်ဆိုရင် ခနနေပါအုံးနောက်မှ လုပ်မယ်တို့၊ ပျင်းလို့ မလုပ်ချင်သေးဘူးတို့၊ စိတ်မပါသေးလို့ ဆိုတဲ့ ဆင်ခြင်တွေ ပေးတက်ကြပြီး အမြဲ အချိန်မလောက်‌တာတွေ ဖြစ်နေကြတက်ပါတယ်😇။ အဲ့လို မလုပ်ချင်စိတ်ကို ခိုင်းဖို့ အတွက်က POMODORO ဆိုတဲ့ method လေးရှိပါတယ်😘။ သူ့ကို ဘယ်လို အသုံးချရလဲဆိုတော့ 25min အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီး 5min break ပြန်ယူရမဲ့ နည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်🧐။လူတစ်ယောက်က တစ်ခါတစ်ခါ focus လုပ်ပြီဆိုရင် (မိနစ်20) (မိနစ်23) လောက်ပဲ သေချာလေး အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်ကြလို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ Method စသုံးခါစဆိုရင်တော့ အချိန်ကုန်တယ်လို့ ထင်ရတယ်ဆို‌ပေမဲ့ တကယ်ကိုထိရောက်တဲ့ နည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တစ်နေ့ကို 25မိနစ် လေးခါ လုပ်တယ်ဆိုပါတော့ မိနစ် 100ကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အလုပ်ပြီးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်🤝။ တစ်ပတ် နှစ်ပတ် လောက်ကို နေ့တိုင်း တ‌စ်နေ့ 2နာရီလောက်ပဲ လုပ်ကြည့်ပါ ရင်ထဲဟာတာတာ ဖြစ်နေလိမ့်မယ်။ ဘာလို့လဲ ဆိုတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အလုပ်တွေစောပြီး ပြီးနေလို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်👀။ သတိထားရမဲ့ အချက်က (5min) BREAK အချိန်မှာ ဖုန်း မသုံးမိဖို့ အရမ်း အရေးကြီးပါတယ်‼️။အဲ့ဒီအချိန်မှာ သီချင်းနာထောင်တာတို့၊ အကြောဆန့်တာတို့၊ ကတာတို့၊ လမ်းလေးလျှောက်တာတို့ လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် နောက် 25minအတွက် Ready ပြင်ထားပြီးသားဖြစ်နေပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် ပြောရမှာက ငါ25 min နှစ်ခါပဲ အလုပ်အလုပ်မယ်တို့၊ 3ခါ ပဲစာလုပ်မယ်တို့ သတ်မှတ်ထားပြီးအလုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် မလုပ်ချင်စိတ်ဟာ လျှော့နည်းသွားပါလိမ့်မယ်။ဘာလို့လဲ ဆိုတော့ 25မိနစ်ပဲ စိတ်ထဲထည့်ပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ရမှာဖြစ်သွားလို့ပါ။ အားလုံးပဲ Productive ဖြစ်တဲ့နေ့လေး ပိုင်ဆိုင်ကြပါစေဗျ✨။ Article by Selena Stin Graphics by Toffee Fluency Butterfly International 🩷 #sharing #article #timemanagement #productive #pomodoromethod #fluencybutterflyinternational
