Password has been changed for some months* Here's what you need to do to get it working again: 1. Visit the support portal at [support.nou.edu.ng] to raise a ticket about these issues. 2. In the category section, select "email and courseware." 3. In the subcategory section, choose "student NOUN email issue." 4. In the message area, describe the issues you are having in detail. Make sure to explain clearly and avoid writing anything that doesn't make sense. 5. Submit the ticket. After submission, you will receive an SMS message confirming your ticket, and another SMS once they reply. *Note: This information is only for those experiencing the issues mentioned above.* Best regards

*Steps for creating elearn MFA* Step 1: login to Elearn portal Step 2: login to your noun email to copy the confirmation code Step3: come back to elearn portal and paste the confirmation code Step 4: press the menu and click on Multi-Funtional Authentication preference Step 5: follow up the process, put your Phone name....... Step 6: go to play store (android users) to download Google Authenticator Step 7: setup the device, add your Noun Email. Step 8: Scan with the QR code on the system screen or other Phone. Or Click on Open App already installed on this device (single phone users setup) Step 9: put the code Then you're successfully activated the MFA.
