Starting October 7, Credits and Lucky Cookies have expiry rules. Nothing expires before November 6.
✅ What to do
▫️ Cookies: if you have saved cookies, open them before November 6.
▫️ Credits: keep earning as usual. 1 CR every 60 days is enough.
1️⃣ Lucky Cookies you already saved
▫️ They stay in your inventory until November 6, and you can open them anytime before that.
▫️ After November 6, unopened cookies expire. Once your inventory is empty, the inventory screen disappears.
▫️ New cookies already open right after the ad, so they are never left unopened. This changed with the September 28 app update.
2️⃣ Credits: 60-day expiry rule
▫️ Earn at least 1 CR (Credit) every 60 days and your balance is always safe.
▫️ If you earn nothing for 60 days in a row, all Credits in your account expire.
▫️ If you already hold Credits, a 30-day grace period runs first, from October 7 to November 6. The 60-day count starts after that, so the earliest possible expiry date is January 5, 2027.
💬 Why are we introducing expiry?
▫️ About 14 million unopened Lucky Cookies are sitting mostly in dormant accounts, and neither cookies nor Credits have ever had an expiry date, so they keep piling up.
▫️ To manage the VeryChat economy, we are applying an expiry rule for the first time. More ways to earn Credits and a marketplace for members outside Korea are coming, and this rule needs to be in place before then.
▫️ If you keep earning, you are not affected. One check-in within 60 days is enough, and you don't have to watch an ad.
⚠️ Notes
▫️ We will send reminders 30, 7, and 1 day before any expiry via Admin Message in the app, with your exact expiry date.
▫️ These rules are added to our Terms of Service, effective October 7

This new feature will provide eligible users with a secure way to submit their preferred wallet address for receiving their USDT rewards.
What to expect
When the submission window opens, eligible users will be able to verify their Bitgase account using their UID or registered email. A one-time verification code will then be sent to the email associated with the account.
After successful verification, users will be able to submit their BEP-20 wallet address for their reward payout.
BEP-20 / BSC network
USDT submissions will be supported exclusively on the BEP-20 network (BNB Smart Chain).
Users may submit a supported exchange wallet or a personal wallet such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask, provided the address supports BEP-20 / BSC.
Please take care when reviewing your wallet address and network, as blockchain transfers sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be reversed.
Minimum withdrawal balance
A minimum balance will be required before a reward can be submitted for payout.
