I missed the initial entry because the stop loss was too large for my risk parameters.
I’m now monitoring the lower timeframes for a better entry opportunity.

If you’re struggling with emotions and constantly checking the charts after entering a trade, read this:
1. Risk less.
Only risk an amount that won’t affect your mood. If you’re anxious about the trade, you’re probably risking too much.
2. Have a plan before you enter.
Before clicking Buy or Sell, ask yourself:
• Why am I taking this trade?
• Am I comfortable losing this amount?
If the answer is no, reduce your position size.
3. Think long-term.
Treat every trade as just one of the next 100 trades. One trade means very little. Your edge plays out over a large sample, not on a single position.
4. Stop watching every candle.
Once your trade is live:
• Set your Stop Loss and Take Profit.
• Close the trading app.
Watching every tick won’t change the outcome—it will only increase your stress.
5. Accept the loss before you enter.
Tell yourself:
“If this trade hits my Stop Loss, I’m okay with that.”
When you’ve already accepted the risk, you’ll trade with a much clearer mind.
6. Judge yourself by discipline, not profits.
After every trade, ask yourself:
• Did I follow my trading plan?
If the answer is yes, it was a good trade—even if it ended in a loss.
Remember:
Your job is not to make money on this trade. Your job is to execute your edge consistently. The profits come from following your strategy over hundreds of trades, not from any single trade.

AUDUSD 4H Buy Outlook
The overall outlook for AUDUSD remains bullish. I expect price to continue pushing higher over the long term.
Until we reach those higher targets, I’ll be sharing scalp buy entries along the way.

BTC Update
BTC has been in a strong uptrend for a while now, and price is currently at my buy POI.
I could have executed this trade immediately, but considering where price is coming from, the daily timeframe is a strong area. Because of that, I’ll wait for confirmation on the lower timeframes before entering.
