I mean, the poster doesn't look terrible... I just started working on this project. I was assigned to create a Social Issue Poster, and the first thing that came to my mind was Racism, which is becoming pervasive throughout the whole country. Deadline is tomorrow. I gotta work hard today and try to almost complete the Photoshop project.

(2/2) I guess most of you know that my host family and I paid a visit to Hawaii for almost 10 days during the last winter break. So, my host brother and I were given only one bedroom with two beds. Personally, I wanted some privacy because I don't like it when someone stands behind me and watches everything I do. During those ten days, I spent a plethora amount of time with my host brother. We did things together such as going to surfing, trying different foods on our own, asking each other what our favorite books, films and songs were. It was feeling like we were becoming friends again cuz he stopped being annoying but caring and kind! I am so glad that we are in really good terms again. I am happy to sing our favorite rock-'n'-roll songs again every morning while driving to school! I am so happy I am doing things together with him like before.

(1/2) I assume I have never talked anything about my host brother, Dillon, before. There was a really good reason. We are seniors and go to the same school. When I first came to Minneapolis, he was super friendly and talkative. I liked spending my time with him because we had a lot of fun playing his PS, learning how to play guitar, helping each other understand English and Russian more. However, something went wrong between us in mid-November, and we kinda avoided each other. Maybe, that was because he felt like he was losing his position to me in the family. Maybe, that was because my host mom and dad were paying more attention to me than to him. In November and December, I had a lot of arguments with him. We didn't even say Good morning to each other when we drove to school every day. At some point in December, when he asked me to repeat what I had already said two times, I yelled at him because I was driven crazy.
