Today, out of curiosity I went to the gym with a very good friend of mine....I used to workout a lot but because of preparing for IELTS, and university exams, I stopped exercising for a while....But today seeing my friend exercise, really got me in the mood to workout a little bit.... Despite my friend's warnings ⚠️, I set myself a goal to do 20 push ups and 300 sit ups.....without a break....😱 It was hard, but as I was mad at someone and some things, I took it all on the workout. I promised that I was not gonna leave the gym untill it is completed.... I finally made it.... I was happy and freaking tired that my poor friend had to accompany me to my home as I was at the edge of collapsing 🤦‍♀ and couldn't even work properly 😢. That's because my body wasn't ready to receive an intense workout out of sudden 👐 The moral (s) of the story 1) Never be too hard on urself 2) Always start small 😅
