Buraydah ibn Al-Husayb reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, heard a man supplicating, saying, “O Allah, I ask you by my testimony that you are Allah, there is no God but you, the One, the Eternal Refuge who does not give birth and was not born and to whom no one is equal.” The Prophet said, “By him in whose hand is my soul, he has asked Allah by his greatest name for which he answers when called upon and he gives when asked.” [Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhi 3745]

📌 THE BEST PEOPLE AMONGST US ARE; The Prophet peace be upon him said,: ( *خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه* ) The best amongst you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it. صحيح البخاري 5027 ( *خياركم أحاسنكم أخلاقا* ) "The best of you is the best among you in conduct." صحيح البخاري6035 ( *خيركم أحسنكم قضاء* ) The best amongst you is the one who pays the rights of others generously (When paying loans) صحيح البخاري رقم 2305 ( *خيركم من يُرجى خيره ويُؤمٓن شره* ) The best of you is the one whose goodness is hoped for, and people are safe from his evil.  صحيح الترمذي / 2263 ( *خيركم خيركم لأهله* ) The best of you are the best to their families, صحيح ابن حبان / 4177 ( *خياركم ألينُكم مناكب في الصلاة* ) The best of you are those whose shoulders are soft in prayer ( Allows another person to be in the same row during prayers with ease) الترغيب والترهيب  234/1 ( *خير الناس من طال عمره وحسن عمله* ) The best of you is he whose life is long and his deeds are good." صحيح الجامع 3297 ( *خير الناس أنفعهم للناس* ) The best people are those who are most beneficial to other people صحيح الجامع 3289 ( *خير الأصحاب عند الله خيركم لصاحبه، وخير الجيران عند الله خيركم لجاره* ) "The companion who is the best to Allah is the one who is best to his companion. And the neighbor that is the best to Allah is the one that is best to his neighbor." صحيح الأدب المفرد/84  ( *خير النَّاس ذو القلب المَخْمُوم واللِّسان الصَّادق* ) قالوا : صدوق اللسان نعرفه ، فما مخموم القلب ؟ قال صلىٰ الله عليه وسلم : (  *هو النقي ، التقي ، لا إثم عليه ، ولا بغي ، ولا غل ، ولا حسد* ) . “It was said to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): ‘Which of the people is best?’ He said: ‘Everyone who is pure of heart and sincere in speech.’ They said: ‘Sincere in speech, we know what this is, but what is pure of heart?’ He said: ‘It is (the heart) that is pious and pure, with no sin, injustice, rancor or envy in it.’” صحيح الجامع / 3291 May Allāh Azza Wa Jall make us among the best of people, Aameen #PowerfulReminder #BeneficialPost #best_people #best

Etiquettes of ‘eīd 1) take Bath It was reported that Sa’eed ibn Jubayr  رضي الله عنه said: “Three things are sunnah on Eid: to walk (to the prayer-place), to take a bath and to eat before coming out.” This is what Sa’eed ibn Jubayr رضي الله عنه  said, and he may have learned this from some of the Sahaabah. 2⃣ wearing new clothes The Prophet (ﷺ) agreed with ‘Umar on the idea of adorning oneself for Eid,.. Islamqa. 3️⃣ Perfuming your self.. (Male) Putting on the best perfume It is narrated in a saheeh report from Ibn ‘Umar (رضي الله عنهما ) that he used to put on perfume on the day of al-Fitr, as it says in Ahkaam al-‘Eidayn by al-Firyaabi 4⃣. Takbeer Abd al-Rahmaan al-Sulami said, “They emphasized it more on the day of al-Fitr than the day of al-Adha.”. Wakee’ said, this refers to the takbeer.  Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 3/122/ 5⃣. Going to the salaah by one route and returning by another. It was narrated that Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah (رضي الله عنه ) said: On the day of Eid, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to vary his route. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 986. 6⃣ . Congratulating each other Jubayr ibn Nufayr said: “At the time of the Prophet (ﷺ) when people met one another on the day of Eid, they would say, ‘Taqabbal Allahu minnaa wa minka.’” (Ibn Hajar) 7️⃣Women attending the Eid Prayers: According to the Sunnah of the Prophet (ﷺ), everyone is urged to attend Eid Prayer. narrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah (رضي الله عنها ) said: The Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) commanded us to bring out on al-Fitr and al-Adha the girls who had reached puberty, menstruating women and women in seclusion. The menstruating women were to keep away from the prayer but to witness goodness and the du’aa’ of the Muslims. I said: O Messenger of Allah, one of us may not have a jilbaab. He said: “Let her sister lend her a jilbaab to wear.” Al-Bukhaari (324) and Muslim (890) Cover your self and do not expose your self. Don't perfume. 8️⃣. Eating before going out to pray on Eid al-Fitr   odd dates Anas ibn Maalik رضي الله عنه  who said that the Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) used not to go out on the morning of Eid al-Fitr until he had eaten some dates… of which he would eat an odd number. Al-Bukhaari, 953. 9️⃣ . Give zakāh Al-fitr before the eid prayer 🔟. Go to salaah and pray attentively. Listen to khutbah. Let your eid be Joyful & cherished.
