I'm hitting the weekly AAR, which is David Goggin's coined term for after-action report, where I review my previous week, audit it for what went well and what could be done better, and then we use that as a crutch to build the proceeding week. I can already feel it's going to be a killer week next week. You ever just got that type of energy inside you rising, About to close out on a record week for the year, with a few record days touched this week and the momentum is just there. Winning in private and sharing glimpses of it in public for pure motivational purposes, for those who are still trying, is beautiful. Sometimes a day, a couple of days, a few days in a new environment, it doesn't have to be overseas or halfway up the country; just changing the normal flow of things reduces cabin fever and promotes new perspectives that can entirely shift the trajectory of your life.
