If you are also facing such an issue, please take a screenshot of the problem and save it on your phone. If the problem continues until October 31, you can visit SOL (School of Open Learning) or email SOL and show them the screenshot. This will help prove that the issue was not from your side, so that SOL may extend the form submission date if needed. Students facing examination form issues are requested to wait a few more days, as such problems usually get resolved.
