Microorganisms produce matter called exogenous pyrogen . The immunity cell will react and produce IL-6/10 to the center ( hypothalamus ) via blood  . Hypothalamus produce prostaglandin E that will stimulate the hypothalamus to turn on the switch of fever . Notes : - kataima fever caused by Schistosoma japonicum - sleeping sickness caused by Trypnosoma brucie - typhus caused by Reckittsia - patterns of fever : 1. Continuous fever :   A . Started step by step "increasing 1 degree every night" & it will decrease gradually and it's called classical fever of typhoid fever .   B . Started and decreased abrupt and it diagnose pneumonia & meningitis. 2. Remittent fever : fever increases and decreases but it doesn't reach the base , e.g : endocarditis 3. Intermittent fever : patient has fever for specific days then disappeared and after it returns such as malaria. 4. Undulant fever " wavy fever" : brucellosis 5. Relapsing fever : increased for a weak then decreased for a weak ... Notes : - In T.B & brucellosis the fever associated with sweating mainly at night and called drainage sweating. - The difference between the rash of measles & scarlet fever that in measles the rash in all the body while in the scarlet fever the rash in the peripheral. - the most common symptoms for dengue fever is fever with bone pain . - in brucellosis the bone pain limited to back . - lymphadenopathy of diphtheria is limited only to the neck . - huge splenomegaly and fever most likely occurs with infective endocarditis and Kala Azar ( visceral leishmaniasis ) . - Rota virus is the most virus caused diarrhea through mucosal Invasion . - Guardia lamblia cause diarrhea through mucus adhesion of the villi and prevent absorption . -Cryptospordium is the most common cause of diarrhea in the autoimmune patients "HIV patient" . - Ascaris is the most parasite that cause diarrhea . ⭕️⭕️⭕️ #ملخصات 1 #infection
