👨🏽‍⚕️የአንጀት_ተስቦ/ታይፎይድ / Typhoid Fever ክፍል_ሁለት 🔔ይህ የ Edmap የጤና አምድ ነው! ✨ባለፈው ሳምንት   ⤵️ ስለ ታይፎይድ በሽታ ምንነት ፣   ⤵️ከታይፈስ ጋ ስላላቸው ልዩነት፣   ⤵️ ስለ መተላለፊያ መንገዶቹ  ማንሳታችን ይታወሳል ✨ ስለምርመራዎቹ ና ስለ ህክምናው የሚያትተው የመጨረሻ ክፍል እንሆ። ✨ የታይፎይድ_ምርመራዎች ✨ 🔘 አንድ ሰው በትክክል በታይፎይ ተጠቅቷል የሚባለው ከደም፣ ከሰገራ፣ ከሽንት ፣ ከመቅኔ ፣ ከቆዳሽፍታ ላይ የሚወሰድ ናሙና ውስጥ ታይፎይድ የሚያመጣው ባክቴሪያ salmonella typhi ሲገኝ ነው። ይህም ናሙና ውስጥ ያለውን ባክቴሪያ ለመራባት ምቹ በሆነ ቦታ በማስቀመጥ የሚለይ ምርመራ ሲሆን culture (ካልቸር) ይባላል። 🔘 ይህ መንገድ ውድ ከመሆኑ ጋር ተያይዞ ብዙ ቦታ የሚገኝ አይደለም። 🔘 አሁን እኛ ሀገር በብዛት የምንጠቀመውና በብዙ ሀገራት ዘንድ ከቆመ ብዙ ጊዜ የሆነው የዋይዳል ( widal test) ነው። በዚህ ምርመራ ሰው በእርግጠኝነት ታይፎይድ አለበት ማለት አይቻልም!! ታይፎይድ ታሞ ነበር ወይ ደሞ አሞት ሊሆን ይችላል ማለት ግን ይቻላል። ምክንያቱም ይህ ምርመራ የሚያሳየው ለባክቴሪያው መልስ የሚሆን ፀረ ባክቴሪያ(antibody) ሰውነታችን እንዳመረተ ብቻ እንጂ ባክቴሪያው ይኑር አይኑር የሚናረው ነገር የለም። 🔘ስለዚህ ከዚህ በፊት ታይፎይድ ታሞ የነበረ ሰውና አሁን ፍፁም ጤነኛ የሆነ ሰው  ቢመረመር Positive ሊሆን ይችላል። ይህ ብቻም አይደለም አብዛኞቻችን ከአናኗር ባህላችን አንፃር ባንታመምም ለዚህ ባክቴሪያ ብዙ ጊዜ ተጋልጠናል ፤ ሰውነታችንም ፀረ-ባክቴሪያ ማምረቱ አይቀሬ ነው ስለዚህ ይህ ምርመራ አብዛኞቻችን ጋ ቢሰራ POsitive ነው ማለት ነው። 🔘 ከዋይዳል ምርመራ ይልቅ የፀረ ባክቴሪያ ምርመራ መጠን(antibody titer) ቢሰራ በሽታውን በመግለፅ ደረጃ የተሻለ ነው። እንደህመሙ ደረጃ ተጨማሪ ምርመራዎችም ሊያስፈልጉ ይችላሉ ✨ ህክምናው ✨ 🔘 ታይፎይ በጊዜና በአግባቡ ታከመ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የሚድን በሽታ ነው። አለመታከም ከሚያስከትላቸው የጤና ጠንቆች አልፎ ሕይወትን ሊቀጥፍ ይችላል። የሀኪም የታዘዘሎትን መድሀኒት በትክክል ይውሰዱ። ✨ የታይፎይድ_መድሀኒት_መላመድ ✨ 🔘 ይህ ባክቴሪያ ከዕለት ዕለት የታይፎይድ ፍቱን መድሀኒት የተባሉትን የመድሀኒት ዘሮች እየተላመደ በመምጣቱ ለህክምና አልበገርም እያለ ይገኛል። በዚህም የተነሳ ገዳይነቱ በእጥፍ እንዳይጨምር ደሀ ሀገራት ራስምታት ሆኗል። ✨ ለመድሀኒት_መላመዱ_ምክንያት ✨ 🔘 ባልተረጋገጠ ምርመራ ታይፎይድ እየተባለ በየቦታው መድሀኒቱ መሰጠቱ፤ 🔘ሰዎች መድሀኒቶቹን ያለ መድሀኒት ማዘዣ ከየፋርማሲው እየሸመቷቸው ስለሆነ፤ 🔘 ሰዎች ትንሽ ለውጥ ሲያዩ ተሽሎኛል ብለው መድሀኒቱን ጨርሰው አለመውሰዳቸው በዋነኝነት ይጠቀሳሉ። ✨ መከላከያ_መንገደች ✨ 🔘  ከሽንት ቤት መልስ እጅን በአግባቡ በሳሙና መታጠብ፤ 🔘 ምግብ ከመመገባችን ከማብሰላችን በፊት በደንብ መታጠብ 🔘 በተቻለ መጠን ከቤት ውጪ አለመመገብ 🔘 እቤት ውስጥ የታመመ ሰው ምግብ እንዲያበስል አለማድረግ 🔘 አትክልቶችን ቅጠላቅጠሎችን በደንብ አጥቦ መመገብ 🔘በምንም ምክንያት ከሽንትቤት ጋ ግንኙነት ያላቸውን ውሀዎች ለመጥነት አለመጠቀም 🔘 ውሀዎችን አፍልቶ/አክሞ መጠቀም 🔘ታፎይድ በሽታ በጣም የበዛበትና የተለመደበት ቦታ ሲጓዙ ፀረ ታይፎይድ ክትባት ይከተቡ(ክትባቶቹ መሉ ለሙሉ የመከላከል አቅም ባይኖራቸውም) ስለ ታይፈስ በሌላ ጊዜ እንመለሳለን ✨ሁላችንም (የጤና ባለሙያዎች፣ ሰፊው ህዝብ፣ ፋርማሲ ቤቶች) ሀላፊነታችንን በመወጣት የታይፎይድን መድሀኒት መላመድ እንከላከል!! ሁላችንም ለታፎይድ በሽታ መድሀኒት መላመድ ተጠያቂዎች ነን!! 🤝#ዋናው_ነገር_ጤና!! በየጊዜው ጤና ነክ ጉዳዎችን በማንበብ እውቀቶን ያዳብሩ!!! 💬ሀሳብ ፣ጥያቄና አስታየት ካላችሁና ስለ ጤናችሁ ማወቅ የምትፈልጉት ነገር ካለ በነፃነት ላኩልን -በደስታ እንቀበላለን። @Contact_EdMap © ዶ/ር ሀብቴ ገብረሚካኤል ጥያቄ ፣ሀሳብ አስታየት ላኩልን ቤተሰብ ይሁኑ!!
