Most people miss experiencing life not because they're running slower than it.
Rather because they're running faster than life.
464
Observed something today:
I was starting to build resistance.
Instead of going straight into action, I had the desire to watch some Netflix.
What did I do?
I pushed through that resistance.
But I am not here to share how good I am at pushing through.
No Sir.
Rather, a few hours later, I realized something real important:
This resistance is often the start of a rut. Or a state where you lose motivation.
It's wild that I have never observed this before.
Often when you're in a rut, the best advice is to push through that resistance and just do something.
But I have coming to realize that it's also the solution to not entering a rut.
Of course, we're all humans and sometimes it might not be possible.
Nonetheless, whenever you feel that resistance and a desire to replace a few hours of work with pleasure... just don't.
Enjoy Netflix after work if you have to. But never break your work routine.
Just do this and you'll be able to avoid a ton of slow periods in your life.

PHASE 4: Breakthrough process
I can’t promise you that these 21 days will be the end of all your problems.
Life will never stop throwing problems and roadblocks at you.
But that doesn’t mean you have to let these roadblocks stop you.
Hell no.
Rather you can have a system to overcome them quickly.
- Analyze the point of failure to find what didn’t work and why.
- Research and consciously consume to find potential solutions.
- Test different solutions to find what works for you.
In 21 days, you’ll have the exact process to execute this and overcome any roadblock (mental or physical) that slows you down.
How does it work?
1) 6 Live Calls to walk you through the systems and answer your questions in real-time.
2) Call Recordings. Can't make it to the calls? No problem. You'll have lifetime access to call recordings. You can rewatch anytime you need more clarity.
3) Notion Systems to make implementation simpler, easier, and quicker.
4) Discord Community Access to answer your questions and keep you accountable.
I guarantee that if the systems don’t work for you, I’ll refund you the money.
BUT…
I am only taking 10 people.
If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and want to boost your income, join here.

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
I have been writing here for a year now…
Over time I’ve had people reach out to me asking for help improving their performance at work (both 9-5 and online business).
Just recently, I ran multiple consultation calls to gain a deeper understanding of the problems people are facing.
And I have noticed a few common issues or patterns.
To solve those issues, I am launching my first-ever cohort (group coaching):
The Success Compass
The goal is to help you break the plateau you have hit in your career or business… and 2x your income minimum (if you run an online business).
Since you’re a member of this channel, I am offering you a 30% discount (use code TG30).
Yep, you read that right.
But it’s only valid for the next 48 hours. After that, it will disappear.
Now, here's exactly what's going to happen inside the cohort:
PHASE 1: Bring energy and clarity into your work hours
Stop mindlessly dragging yourself through the day.
That is what people who are happy with “just enough” do.
Instead, fix your lifestyle and add simple habits to boost your productivity and discipline.
This is how you get more work done in a day than most do in weeks.
Once you settle into your new routine:
- You won’t have to motivate yourself to get shit done.
- Every time you get to work, you’ll have the energy and clarity to work almost effortlessly.
- Even the quality of your work will skyrocket while working at least 10 hours less every week. Say goodbye to missing deadlines.
- It will become impossible for people and the universe to not recognize your improved performance. This will open up more opportunities for you and boost your income.
- When those life-changing opportunities come, you won’t fear failing. Instead, you’ll have the confidence to grab it and get the work done.
- Every day will end feeling proud of getting shit done and hitting your targets.
- You’ll finally enjoy your day without having to rely on destructive habits.
PHASE 2: Overcome negative thoughts
This is where 99% of people go wrong.
They try meditation. Breathwork. Affirmations. Walking. Pushups. Journaling.
I tried them all too.
Nothing works... at least not in the long term.
Until I studied human psychology and understood why we have those thoughts.
Then I turned that knowledge into a simple 60-second system/technique (that actually works).
With the help of this system, you can:
- Stay focused on your work without getting consumed by negative thoughts.
- Approach your problems with a clear mind and make better decisions at work. This will help you avoid making mistakes that cost your reputation and money.
- Feel more fulfilled by your work. Imagine how it would feel if you were always confident that you’ll win.
- Become capable of handling stressful situations. This will boost people’s trust in you and thus open up more opportunities for you.
PHASE 3: Boost your drive for work
I’ll give you psychology-based and self-tested systems to boost your drive intrinsically and extrinsically.
These won’t be just temporary solutions to give you a shot of motivation.
Rather, they get more effective with use.
You'll get:
- A little-known technique to make your tasks more pleasureful. As a result, you'll stop procrastinating with social media and emails.
- The research-based technique that gives you a constant supply of motivation to push through and get work done. No more giving up.
- My self-discovered protocol to create more passion for your work.
- A tool that effortlessly turns you away from bad habits and turns you towards positive action.
All in all, I'll help you build a permanent drive for work to help you achieve what you want.

Repost from Viam
You need to learn to let go because of this.
I've been circling the self-improvement sphere for a few years now. I started by reading the best books, podcasts, videos, seminars ...
After consuming so much content, patterns emerge that are common to all these types of content.
Simple tips that are repeated in different ways.
- get up early
- do the hard things
- work out
- eat properly
- plan your life
By following these tips, your life will improve in a short period of time. But I'm not writing this today to give you advice you've heard a thousand times before.
I wanted to talk about philosophy instead.
Part of self improvement is planning.
I am the first to advise to plan everything.
Whether it is your day, your goals, your life ...
In a previous post, I advised you to build a vision board.
Having your goals in front of you every day can only help you achieve them.
The advantage of planning everything is that you get the feeling that you are finally moving forward. When you check off your goals at the end of the day, you have a feeling of accomplishment.
The cons ... a daily pressure settles on your shoulders. When a day didn't go as planned, when you couldn't do what you were supposed to do. You feel bad, like you've fallen behind on your life's train.
We brood, bad mood and we are afraid.
That the same thing will happen tomorrow and that we will continue to fall behind.
Today, I would like to tell you that you have to let go.
Whether it's this feeling or all the other negative feelings that come to darken your day.
All those "little" things that bother your psyche constantly.
As if there was a task in the background that you can't close in your brain.
A voice that cannot be turned off.
This voice is useless. Why?
Because no matter how much you plan, there will be events beyond your control that will blow up your life.
Events that will fall from the sky and ravage everything.
If you look at the history of the last hundred years.
There have been general events that have disrupted our way of life.
War, crisis, natural disasters...
Recently, we have experienced the worst ... Two years (even more for some) living in a kind of dystopia.
For many, the life plans they had were torpedoed overnight.
I myself, who was working and for whom it was going pretty well, found myself closed for months without income.
The life I had built for years? Changed in days.
After this last crisis, life has resumed but for some people, they have lost everything.
Their life's work wiped out by a crisis over which they had no control.
And once out of a crisis, you enter a new one with exceptional inflation and new unexpected problems to face.
And if it's not an external event that comes and ruins your life. It could also be an internal event.
Death, illness, separation ...
All these personal tragedies that are impossible to prepare for.
You have to understand my words.
If you read them the wrong way, you might think I'm advocating "Carpe Diem" but this tinder bio is far from being my philosophy of life.
Far also the idea to live in a nihilistic point of view thinking that nothing has importance because nobody will remember us in a hundred years.
I rather try to be in balance.
Those little things that we think are important are not.
So why let ourselves be tortured by it on a daily basis?
It is possible to free yourself.
In the previous post, I told you that humans are afraid of the future. He tries to control everything.
Planning our life is the best way to have a semblance of control over it.
Plan your life because it's the right thing to do.
But breathe.
Accept the fact that the unexpected will come knocking.
Positive / Negative
Inevitable because that's what human life is all about.
Do the best you can.
That is your duty.
But once you have given everything to achieve what you want to achieve.
You have to let go.
Smile, enjoy.
You have done your best.
You've tried and that's already a lot.
There is no more fear or regret to have.
It's out of your hands.
Alea jacta est.

I rewrote it. So it's a little different from what I mentioned. But a hell lot more valuable.

Something I have been thinking a lot about in the past few days:
"Part of the journey is the end"
(some of you might know where that quote is from)
You can just think about everything that ended in your life. Doesn't matter if it ended well or not.
The relationship that didn't work. The family member that died. The friend you lost.
Or the project you completed. The competition you won. The goal you accomplished.
It all ends.
But we often cannot control how it end.
Or when it ends.
It's outside of our hands.
Trying to control it is what often brings misery.
Like wanting to be back in the relationship to do things you never got to do. Or wishing you had talked to your family member one last time.
We can't control it.
Instead, try to experience the end.
Don't try to come in its way. Let it happen.
Experience it with the same amazement you had when it started.
And let it create space for something new.
After all, it's nothing but a part of the journey.
PS: Once you accept this, you'll find it much easier to "get over".
464
"It might not work"
Wrong. It will not work.
Nothing is "supposed" to work.
You will face roadblocks and setbacks.
But anything that doesn't work can be fixed with iteration... if you start.
464
What you gonna do about it?
You failed again.
What you gonna do about it?
Your father didn’t give you the validation you needed.
What you gonna do about it?
You wasted your time and effort on projects that didn’t help you move forward.
What you gonna do about it?
You’re 30 and in a career path you hate while 20-year-olds are banking on their passions.
What you gonna do about it?
Your friends made fun of your self-improvement journey or your side-hustle.
What you gonna do about it?
You didn’t end up with the person you thought you would.
What you gonna do about it?
Your parents didn’t give you $10k to start your business.
What you gonna do about it?
You didn’t get into the college or job you wanted.
What you gonna do about it?
You’re gonna use everything as an excuse to quit?
You’re gonna expect people to feel sorry for you? (they’ll just run away from your negative energy some day)
Or you’re gonna channel that energy into something meaningful?

Everyone says “to understand someone’s intentions, look at their actions, not at their words.”
Few people say: “to understand my own intentions, I must look at my actions, not at my thoughts.”

Sending newsletter in roughly 2 hours, titled:
"Excel around people who pull you down"
This is for those people (especially the young ones) who're temporarily stuck with people (due to reasons like financial problems) who negatively impact their mental health and thus their performance.
