🧐 Inboxing o365 is not just about mailer, letter, SMTP or whatever tools you have. Have you considered your target o365 provider? Have you checked if your domain is an 'a day old bread?' Have you verified your domain's reputation? How about the mailer headers and encryption? What kind of link are you putting into your letters? If you use a redirect, how is it developed to work and are you using it right? Is your letter's HTML well formatted? Are you using 'high alert' words in your letters? Did plain text test send hit inbox? Did HTML clean letter hit inbox? What about your subject? Taken a look at your Sender name? Do you think your letter needs some obfuscation of some or all of the words? Will image letter go better to your target email provider? Loads of other things to check on so you can have good deliverability. Some just send to one or two o365 accounts and feel all is okay, in the end, how many UNIQUE LOGS did you get not REPEATED LOGS?
