يعني تدخل خلال العظم و نگدر نستعملها بكل مناطق الفم✅

2. subperiosteal
تدخل جوة البريوستيوم لكن م تدخل العظم❌
تجي على شكل شبكة
3. transosteal/transosseous
ترانز يعني فد شي يعبر او يتحول، فه هنا الزرعاية عبرت الجهتين الثنين مال العظم،
penetrates both cortical plates❕
تستعمل لمن الردج مالتنا صاير بيها رزوربشن كلش قوي و ما تتحمل زرعاية عادية،
