فرقوا بين الreversible pulpitis و الirreversible 🔴reversible, يكون 1. mild moderate pain 2. pains lasts 5-10 minutes مو اكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة 3. sudden change in temperature يحفز الألم 4. symptomless unless stimulated 5. تغيير وضعية الجسد م تأثر ع الألم 6. tooth responds to electric pulp testing at lower levels of currents than normal tooth يعني تيار كهربائي ناصي يسويلنا ألم 7. الcold اكثر شي يسوي الم و أيضاً الحار و الحلو و الحامض 8. اذا نعالج المسبب الألم حيختفي بححح 9. percussion and mobility testes are negative 🔴اما irreversible هذا بي early و late stage 🔶early stage, عندنا sharp severe pain on thermal stimulation الألم يبقى حتى لو نشيل المحفز الcold اكثر شي يسبب تضايق للمريض، بس همينة الحار و الحلو و الحامض يسبب ألم الألم ممكن يكون مفاجئ spontaneous او مستمر continuous لمن البيشنت يتمدد lies down ممكن يزدادددد هاي مهمة أيضاً بلearly البيشنت يكدر يميز يا سن ديسببله الألم easy to localize the pain همينة السن يستجيب للelectric pulp testing at lower level than normal tooth ركزوا هنانة لان بلlate stage حينعكس الموضوع، لازم higher level of current علمود يصير pulp response و ممكن اصلا يكون no response‼️ _______________ مع مرور الوقت، حنوصل للlate stage of irreversible pulpitis هنانة البين increases in intensity يصير throbbing pain يعني ينبض و ألم كل قوي البيشنت م يكدر ينام الليل أيضاً بهاي المرحلة الcold يجوز يهدئ الألم و م يزيده لأن انفلميشن قوي و سولنگ ، heat increases pain cold produces relief percussion and motility tests are negative التوث responds to electric pulp testing at higher level of current or no response
