Current imbalances in global market conditions and changes in investor behavior are having a direct impact on the project and the network. Reduced risk appetite across the market and the fact that investors are no longer acting as boldly as before have significantly limited sponsorship and external funding opportunities. (Many projects have been completely wiped out during this period, and Parex is actively fighting to ensure it does not become one of them.)
As a result, establishing a stable and consistent revenue sourceΒ to support the network and ongoing development has become increasingly challenging, forcing the project to operate under tighter financial constraints.
The network and the project are not self-running or cost-free systems. Infrastructure, servers, development, maintenance, integrations, bots, exchange-related operations, and overall network sustainability all require continuous resources. Without sufficient funding, neither stable operation nor further development is possible.
Under the current conditions, the project is facing a period where even basic monthly operational expenses are difficult to cover. Despite these challenges, essential operations are being maintained to keep the network functional.
The decline in token price further amplifies this pressure. As prices fall, more tokens are required to achieve the same operational impact and volume, while available resources and income do not increase proportionally.
