Job Description: Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Supervisor to join our organization. The L&D Supervisor will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, training facilitation, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. بالنسبة للشغل ده أخر يوم للتقديم يوم الخميس وهيتم الاتصال بالشباب اللي هتحضر المقابله اول ما تتحدد المقابلة للسعودية بائعين لشركة عطور الشركة محترمة في الماديات الرواتب والعمولات بتنزلك كل شهر في معادها الشركة بتاخد عدد كبير بس هكتبلكو الشروط اللي بيختارو الشباب علي أساسها علشان محدش يحضر المقابلة علي الفاضي بيختارو الشباب اللي إشتغلو في برندات معروفة زي دبنهامز في الشايع أو البرندات الشبيهه ليها ويكون مؤهل جامعي السن من ٢٥ ل ٣٥ سنه الراتب ٢٠٠٠ أساسي + عمولة و بدل سكن ٥٠٠ ريال شهريا هما مش بياخدو الشباب اللي شغاله في تركيب العطور بياخدو اللي اشتغل في برندات معروفه بس علي كلام الشباب اللي مسفرهم علي الشركة وبقالهم كذا سنه معاهم العمولة اللي بياخدوها بتتراوح من اول ٥٠٠ ريال ودي اقل حاجه وتوصل لالف والفين واكتر حسب الفرع اللي هتروحو بس انت تحسب علي اقل حاجه انك هتاخد ٥٠٠ ريال عموله وهتصرف سكن من ٤٠٠ ل ٧٠٠ ريال حسب مكان الفرع بتاعك تعمل حسابك إنك بعد مصاريف السكن والاكل لو هنقيس علي أقل عمولة هتاخدها هتقدر توفر بعد مصاريفك من ١٨٠٠ ريال ل الفين ريال في شباب طبعا بتعمل أكتر من كده بكده علي حسب الفروع بس أنا قيست علي أقل حاجه لو انت مدخن اصرف نظر وما تروحش أنا بكتب التفاصيل دي علشان الشباب اللي مستواها هنا أعلي من كده ما تقدمش واللي يقدم اللي الشغل مناسب ليه وبس ترسل السيرة الذاتية وصورة شخصية وصورة من المؤهل علي الايميل [email protected]
