From 2019 when it was cool for DEMS and other anti-Trumpers to write about the machines. https://www.vice.com/en/article/3kxzk9/exclusive-critical-us-election-systems-have-been-left-exposed-online-despite-official-denials

Folks, Just because the law says that election records only need to be stored for 22 months does not mean that they need to be DELETED after 22 months. In my view, we need to start asking our Clerks to keep the entire election machine hard drive, take out the one used for the 2020 election and put it in a safe...as long as a Trusted Build has not overwritten it....or make a forensic image. Lets save the 2020 election results for POSTERITY! All future generations need to have proof of what happened in 2020!

So 88% (survey screen shot) of the people who responded have not read all of the laws in your state. Folks, do you realize that in order to replace the machines, you don't need to prove FRAUD or HACKING? You need to show that it is not possible to comply with the LAW with the machines. Period. You don't necessarily need an audit or a canvass for that. Reading the Mesa County forensics report allows you to come to that conclusion. In fact, the author, Mr Gould, did so himself. Let's make a commitment to get familiar with the LAW. You will have a better understanding than some of the politicians do.

Is this the reason why we are not seeing more election reform progress from a legal perspective? https://the65project.com/

I am not promoting ACE, but, it seems that they have a good primer on Voting Operations for citizens. There is a lot to it. If you want to “Vote Amish”, these topics need to be considered by the Clerks. Imagine if you were the Clerk? What would you do in the next 8 months to “Vote Amish”? https://aceproject.org/ace-en/topics/vo/introduction/default

NYE COUNTY, NEVADA, first in America to vote (unanimously, today, 5-0) to ban use of electronic voting machines, beginning in primaries. Secure paper ballots with anti-counterfeit measures to be used henceforth. It only takes a spark to start a whole blaze. Someone (cough) provided some analysis; county appeared 2k votes hot for one candidate. Get your morale up!

367 affidavits painstakingly gathered by citizens of Colorado prove with a verifiable statistical significance these jaw dropping results for 4 Counties. You need to read this report. https://useipdotus.files.wordpress.com/2022/03/useip-colorado-canvassing-report.pdf

Here is a nice primer written by a lawyer on how statistical methods are used in litigation. The USEIP used these types of methods to canvass in Colorado such that meaningful conclusions could be determined about the Counties as a whole. http://complianceandethics.org/statistical-sampling/#more-8841

Model Election Legislation What I have never liked about the phrase "Vote Amish" is that it is only a pithy phrase. The Heritage Foundation has done the hard work of developing Model Legislation. Think of it this way. Throw out your existing state laws, replace them with these model laws. From my reading, they don't specifically address machines, but, you can see from the comprehensiveness of the problem, there is a lot more to it than just machines. I would hope machines can be addressed within the framework provided. Here is an example. PRIVATE FUNDING OF ELECTION OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES No state, county, or local government entity, agency, or department including any employee or appointed or elected official of any state, county, or local government entity, agency, or department may solicit, receive, accept, or expend any private monies, equipment, materials, personnel, or anything else of value for purposes of conducting state, county, or local elections in [state]. All costs and expenses relating to any and all election activity conducted in [state] shall be paid for only with public funds. https://www.heritage.org/electionscorecard/pages/legislation.html

Folks the purpose of the series of my above posts is to hopefully trigger an interest in all of you to spend some time reading this ground breaking first of its kind forensic analysis of the election machines that has been made public by Mr Gould. Don’t take my word for it….and check out all the footnotes too for extra credit.

This quote will help you sleep better at night knowing that the election machine companies use iDRAC (Dell Remote Access Controller) technology. The best part is they can get access to the server without it being recorded in a log and…wait for it… the machine doesn’t even need to be powered up. How cool is that!! “These embedded server management technologies allow a system administrator to monitor and manage servers and other network-attached equipment by remote control regardless of whether the machine is powered on or whether an operating system is installed or functional. The iDRAC provides remote access to the system console (keyboard and screen), allowing the system BIOS to be accessed over the Internet when the server is rebooted. Key features of iDRAC include power management, virtual media access, and remote console capabilities. These features give administrators the ability to configure a machine as if they were sitting in front of the local console.” https://www.storagereview.com/review/dell-emc-idrac-9-and-lifecycle-controller-review

The Mesa County report Appendix D is worth reading. It outlines case studies regarding state level actor cyber-attacks. I checked one of the references. Sure enough, North Korea has exclusive spots available at university for kids who show promise in math and science as nation state hackers. But, I am sure they have no interest in the critical election infrastructure. https://www.fdd.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/REPORT_NorthKorea_CEEW.pdf

Ever want to see the inside of an optical scanner which tabulates our votes? Actually, I never did, but the Defcon folks were able to open it up with a readily available “secure screw driver” from an electronics store. Apparently, the machine technicians have to access the guts to keep up the machines. Have a Stuxnet like virus that can be injected via a USB drive….No problem. There is ZERO security available in this picture. NONE.
