EAC ECO DVS-100741 – Laptop Swap Out Supporting Documentation https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eoc-documents/ECO%20Analysis%20Form%20100741.pdf Look at the supporting documentation section of this ECO. Where is this supporting documentation for the public to review? It would either confirm of deny concerns about the configuration settings for this new laptop. We are paying for the machines, why can’t we see ALL the ECO supporting documentation. We paid for it.

EAC ECO DV-100721 – ICC hardware https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eoc-documents/ECO%20Analysis%20Form%20100721.pdf I need to ask a simple question. This Dell workstation has options for wireless connectivity. https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/desktops-all-in-one-pcs/optiplex-xe3-tower-and-small-form-factor/spd/optiplex-xe3#features_section Here are the options. By default, this workstation should not have wireless. Wireless access to servers is cybersecurity threat.

This one is about software. The software update itself is not that interesting but… The actual change was recommended by the VSTL to be “de minimums”. The way this was proved was through a source code review. The point being, we pay for the machines but the only other party that can see the source code (besides the vendors themselves) are the VSTLs. Trade secrets and proprietary code has no place in PUBLIC ELECTIONS. The Germans, French, Israelis, Irish, Dutch and English all agree, by the way.

The main point of dropboxwatch.com is to let (them) know that we are watching every single step they make and although “ballot harvesting“ is legal, it by is not legal to get paid for it so anyone taking pictures of themselves at the drop box is definitely indicative of potentially illegal, suspicious activity which is being monitored. WEiCU.org has been fighting to clean the elections in Washington state, filed eight lawsuits against 8 county auditors for the 2020 ballots and sued Governor Inslee to compell the Department of Llicensing to stop registering noncitizens. We produced evidence of tens of thousands of noncitizens on the voter rolls. I’m the director of WEICU and I’m running for Secretary of State to get rid of mail in voting, to get rid of the hackable machines with weighted race features and take it back to in person with ID hand counted paper ballots at the precinct level. One election day, one legal vote counted on the night of the election. Mail in voting started in Washington state. D-Suite Volume Test for State of CA I stumbled up on this report. It is an interesting read. Not surprisingly, there was no hand count to confirm results. The CA SoS expressly stated that the volume test was not to be used for any recommendation of D-Suite approval in the state of CA. https://votingsystems.cdn.sos.ca.gov/vendors/dominion/dvs510volume-report.pdf

EAC ECO DVS-100624 – Power Cords Apparently, even the power cords to the various parts of the election machine components are part of the EAC certification. I wonder if every single certified instance and every single component in the country is using the right power cords? I would “hate” for a certification to be nullified due to something as simple as a power cord. Elected officials, are you keeping track of all of your power cords? LOL.

EAC Engineering Change Order DVS-100597 https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eoc-documents/DVS%20ECO%20100597.pdf iDRAC and SQL Server This ECO adds a new rack server the Dell Power Edge R640 to D-Suite. Based on a review of the software that comes by default with the R640, SQL Server is not listed. However, this ECO lists SQL Server 2016 as being ADDED. https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/productdetailstxn/poweredge-r640 If I were VSTL quality control, I would ask what is the purpose of adding SQL Server to this configuration? How is it intended to be used? Why is it necessary? These questions are not addressed in the ECO. Also, looking closer at the R640, it comes with iDRAC technology. In short, this is firmware on the R640 that permits remote access to the server for someone with admin credentials. EAC Engineering Change Order (ECO) DVS-100549 https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/eoc-documents/ECO%20Analysis%20100549.pdf The point of this ECO was to swap out one Dell workstation model for another. The new workstation which is a Dell 3430 has on the specification sheet communication options which include Optional: Wireless / Bluetooth w/ vPro support Also, there are numerous external ports on the front and back, more than 20. Some are optional. https://i.dell.com/sites/csdocuments/Product_Docs/en/652_precision_3430_spec_sheet.pdf Question 1 Were these wireless or Bluetooth options purchased or not? Why isn’t an evaluation included in the ECO of the necessity for wireless capability. The issue is not addressed in the ECO. Question 2 For the ports that are not optional, are there any technical controls in place to ensure they are not mis-used? Question 3 For the ports that are optional, were they ordered or not? ECO’s should not be a rubber stamp.
