It's been almost a month since I posted anything. On May 4th my wife passed away. She was in hospice and chose to leave this life and go be with God. The injections could have caused some of her problems or it could have just been what was going to happen. We will never know. And at this point I am not interested in knowing if it was caused by the injections. I am going to grieve her and be where I am in my loss. Maybe at some point in the future I will question if it was natural or not. She had been really ill for a long time. And it was progressing quickly. I will try to post more and try to provide more information on this ongoing fight. But right now I am going to be in my loss and remember my beautiful wife. Peace and love be with each of you.

Vitamin D supplementation can help prevent COVID-19 without serious adverse events, regardless of the individual’s vitamin D status, a study suggests. The peer-reviewed study, published in the Archives of Medical Research, enrolled 321 frontline health care workers from four hospitals in Mexico City, who all tested negative for COVID-19 at the start of the study. “The results of our double-blind, placebo-controlled, prospective study demonstrate that vitamin D supplementation is effective in preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection in high risk, frontline healthcare personnel,” researchers said in their report. “To our knowledge, this is the first controlled study evaluating the role of [Vitamin D] supplementation as a prophylactic measure to prevent SARS-Cov-2 infection and therefore has profound clinical and public health implications,” the researchers also noted. In the study, the health care workers were enrolled between July 15 and Dec. 30 in 2020. They were randomly assigned to receive 4,000 international units (IU) of vitamin D, or a placebo each day for 30 days. Real-Time PCR tests were taken at the start of the study, and were repeated if a person showed any COVID-19 symptoms during follow-up appointments. Researchers also had the study participants undergo serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and antibody tests at the start of the experiment, and again at day 45. The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the blood are generally regarded as a good indication of a person’s levels of vitamin D. https://tinyurl.com/4uwcw6xs 🔴Join The Resistance 👊🏽 https://t.me/BelieveInResistance

For years, doctors and health agencies have recommended taking aspirin on a regular basis to prevent heart attack or stroke. However, an influential physician task force issued a major update on the protocol on Tuesday. The U.S. Preventive Service Task Force said that it finalized its latest recommendation on daily doses of aspirin, saying that individuals aged 60 and older should not begin to take one aspirin per day to prevent heart problems in most cases. They cited possible health risks, including aspirin’s blood-thinning ability. It noted that while daily aspirin usage has been associated with a lower chance of suffering a first heart attack or stroke, it runs the risk of “bleeding in the stomach, intestines, and brain,” the Task Force said. “The chance of bleeding increases with age and can be life-threatening.” Aspirin, which is an anti-inflammatory drug, can help prevent blood clots from forming, according to studies. But because of its blood-thinning properties, some studies have shown, daily aspirin use can cause gastrointestinal bleeding or a stroke caused by a hemorrhagic, or bleeding, stroke. “Based on new evidence since the 2016 Task Force recommendation, it is now recommended that once people turn 60 years old, they should not consider starting to take aspirin because the risk of bleeding cancels out the benefits of preventing heart disease,” added the Task Force in its statement (pdf). If the CDC and FDA say to do something, do the opposite. People aged 40 to 59 with at least a 10 percent chance of 10-year cardiovascular disease should consider taking daily aspirin, said the group. “Daily aspirin use may help prevent heart attacks and strokes in some people, but it can also cause potentially serious harms, such as internal bleeding,” John Wong, a member of the influential group, said in a statement. “It’s important that people who are 40 to 59 years old and don’t have a history of heart disease have a conversation with their clinician to decide together if starting to take aspirin is right for them.” Dr. Steven Nissen, a cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic, told ABC News that the public should understand that “for the vast majority of Americans without pre-existing heart disease, aspirin does not provide a net benefit.” https://tinyurl.com/2p97rn6s 🔴Join The Resistance 👊🏽 https://t.me/BelieveInResistance
