As part of AURUM's transition to its new Web3 infrastructure, our team encountered technical challenges that were more complex than initially expected. 👉 Migrating the entire AURUM ecosystem—including millions of records, financial transactions, wallet connections, and platform services—to a completely new backend infrastructure is a highly complex process. To ensure the long-term stability, security, and reliability of the platform, we performed a full backend restart and implemented additional system optimizations. The backend has now been successfully restarted, and system synchronization is currently underway. As synchronization progresses, platform services will gradually return to normal operation. We expect the majority of platform functionality to be fully restored by this evening. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this important stage of the transition.

GREAT THINGS HAPPENING WITH AURUM‼️ AURUM Web3 Transition – Community Update Partners, Following CEO Update, we would like to provide a summary of the most important information regarding AURUM’s transition to Web3. 1. AURUM has successfully completed its transition to a fully Web3-powered infrastructure. Following the recommendations of our legal and regulatory advisors, the company has adopted a fully Web3 operating model while continuing the process of obtaining its MiCA license and other regulatory approvals. 2. All new transactions are now processed through the new Web3 infrastructure. New profit withdrawals, commission withdrawals, deposits, and transfers submitted via WalletConnect are being processed through the new system. You can also track the status of your payment requests directly in your Back Office. 3. Requests submitted during the transition period are currently being processed. The team is actively processing the remaining requests submitted before the migration. These requests are being completed in batches and are expected to be finalized over the coming days. 4. Quantum Alpha continues to operate in stable mode. 5. Some services are still being synchronized with the new infrastructure. This includes certain NeoBank functions, AURUM Card activations and top-ups, as well as Bali Promotion statistics. These services will continue to be updated as synchronization progresses. 6. Wallet compatibility updates continue. Some wallets may still display security warnings while wallet providers update their databases. The company’s legal and technical teams are working directly with providers to complete these updates. 7. Tutorials and FAQs are currently being prepared. Additional step-by-step guides and answers to the most frequently asked questions will be published soon.
