With the rapid transformation of technology along with the recent societal shifts, majority highlights the importance of being aware about the current affairs and listening to music. While some believe that tuning into the radio for news has far greater advantages, others feel that music offers by far the most significant privileges. Personally, both ideas seem to serve benefits for individuals, irrespective of their ages. Entertainment industry has expanded to a large extend that it has become commonplace through a wide range of platforms. Media is multifaceted that it incorporates tremendous domains from performing arts to music. Gone are the days when people would listen to radio so as to know the politics and sports news, today’s youth own smartphones that supports applications, featuring contents for diverse audiences and age categories. However, it is fallacious idea to state that individuals ought to solely focus on news aired on radio. Since even the radio includes programs, taking into account the interests and needs of the audience. Not only does it entertain young people, but also it informs about the local news together with the international geopolitics. A good case in point is my home country Uzbekistan, ordinary citizens switch on the radio while driving a car, it might be the same in many countries. Despite given arguments above, some probably prioritize the role of a single activity - listening to music. However, it is unlikely to yield positive outcomes in the long run, as the present volatile world urges each to follow the newsletters and reports. The political conflicts occurring in many corners of our planet forces everyone to remain alert and informed. Hardly had the nations known about the wars in Ukraine and Palestine, the students on a global scale would not have protested against violence and oppressions. It showcases the fact no one excludes listening to music from their everyday lives, but it signifies the role of following the broadcasted news. In conclusion, only through striking the balance between listening to music and news can we satisfy ourselves. Merely entertaining makes us ignorant individual who is barely aware about the events happening in our globe, and thus both activities mark a remarkable milestone in our lives. #task2_music_news @SunnatAmonov
