On October 13, the Ethiopian Space Science Society (ESSS), in partnership with Hiwot Ethiopia, hosted an outreach session at Biherawi Betemengist Primary and Middle School for Project "Street Galaxy: Astronomy and Art for Social Transformation." Supported by the IAU Office for Astronomy Outreach (IAU OAO), the session brought together children from diverse schools and backgrounds to explore the scale and wonder of our Solar System. Guided by ESSS, participants translated their imagination and curiosity into collaborative artwork, capturing how the universe is uniquely represented in their minds. As part of a broader international project alongside peers in Italy and Brazil, their visual expressions will contribute to a global artwork under the theme "Unity Under the Same Sky." On September 24, the Ethiopian Space Science Society (ESSS) collaborated with Yael Educational Pathway and the British Council to host an in-person Chevening Information Session at the British Council in Addis Ababa. The event featured a special panel discussion with H.E. Demeke Mekonnen, Patron of ESSS, and Mr. Luke Bullock, Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in Ethiopia. The discussion explored the Chevening Scholarship and opportunities for postgraduate studies in the UK. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the scholarship, engage with the speakers, ask questions, and connect with fellow aspiring scholars. The evening concluded with a special Moongazing experience, combining educational opportunities with a shared appreciation for the night sky. Continuing Day One of the 100 Hours of Astronomy and World Space Week celebrations, the Ethiopian Space Science Society (ESSS), in collaboration with the Space Science and Geospatial Institute (SSGI) and Hammerspacecraft, visited Kokebe Tsibah Secondary and Preparatory School. Under the 100HA theme "A New Perspective on the Solar System," students attended astronomy lectures and observed the Sun using telescopes and solar glasses. As part of the 100 Hours of Astronomy and World Space Week celebrations, the Ethiopian Space Science Society (ESSS), in collaboration with the Space Science and Geospatial Institute (SSGI), completed Day One of its outreach at Etege Menen Girls' Boarding Secondary School. Under the 100 Hours of Astronomy theme, "A New Perspective on the Solar System," students attended astronomy lectures on the Solar System, followed by guided solar observation using telescopes and solar viewing glasses.
