SBU recommended imposing sanctions on new aircraft owners who flew to the aggressor state. Security Service of Ukraine has recommended that the National Security and Defense Council impose sanctions on new aircraft owners who were previously associated with JET4U S.R.L. This was announced by the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov during a briefing. He noted that in January, the National Security and Defense Council, at the suggestion of the Security Service, imposed sanctions on the Moldovan charter operator. But attempts have been made to circumvent these restrictions. "At the time of the decision on sanctions, four aircraft were outside Ukraine, and one - the plane used by Medvedchuk - was at Zhulyany airport. He is there now. Subsequently, the beneficiaries of the vessels began to change owners and service companies, "said Ivan Bakanov. He added that in February, SBU proposed renewing the sanctions, applying them to new non-resident owners.

SBU exposed a doctor from Dnipro who made up to 30 fake COVID-certificates every day. For entering false information into the electronic system "eHealth", he took 2.5 thousand UAH from the "client". Criminal proceedings have been instituted on this fact.

SBU detained a DNR militant who headed the illegal prison of the occupiers "Isolation". SBU counterintelligence officers detained in Kyiv a former militant of the DNR terrorist organization, the head of an illegal prison in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, Isolation. According to SBU, this man organized and took a direct part in the killings and torture of illegally detained Ukrainian citizens. At present, procedural actions are being carried out against the former militant. In particular, regarding his delivery to the court to choose a measure of restraint, as well as obtaining additional information about his illegal activities. The malefactor was detained within the limits of earlier opened criminal proceedings under 4 articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine: ▪️ Art. 258-3 "Creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization" ▪️ Art. 260 "Creation of paramilitary or armed formations not provided by law" ▪️ Art. 438 "Violation of the laws and customs of war"

SBU military counterintelligence: in 2021 more than 90 proceedings against traitors and militants were opened. SBU is systematically working out the protection of Ukraine's defense potential from the subversive activities of the Russian special services. Among the open criminal proceedings: cases of treason, terrorism and participation in illegal armed groups. Courts have already handed down 37 convictions, including for disclosing classified military information.

SBU has blocked an international surrogacy fraud scheme. At least 50 foreigners and citizens of Ukraine used the services of dealers. And their "earnings" were almost 1 million dollars. The pseudo-clinic had neither a license to practice medicine nor a staff of doctors. Fraudsters received from their customers from $ 30 thousand to $ 50 thousand, and then simply stopped any contact with them.

International experts have released evidence of Russia's armed aggression in Ukraine. On November 4, the international non-governmental organization Conflict Armament Research published a report entitled “Weapons of War in Ukraine. A three-year study of arms supplies in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. " The 230 sheets of this study contain a significant array of factual data, which is indisputable evidence of the use of illegal armed groups in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of weapons and military equipment of Russian origin. This is the first report of Conflict Armament Research, which was the result of this organization's cooperation with the counterintelligence of Security Service of Ukraine, launched in 2018.

SBU prevented the theft of about UAH 3 billion at the construction of the Podilsky Bridge in Kyiv. The scheme was to artificially inflate the cost of work on the site, as well as to "document" the volumes that were not actually performed. During searches in the office used by dealers, special services officers found: ▪️37 seals of risky companies - direct contractors of the main contractor for the construction of the bridge crossing ▪️fake accounting documentation and draft accounting, which confirms the billion losses of the state ▪️computer equipment and means of communication used by the accomplices in the specified illegal activity Criminal proceedings have been instituted on this fact under two articles.

SBU exposed the corruption mechanism in the State Tax Service. To obtain evidence of illegal activity, SBU and NABU conducted a series of searches throughout Ukraine. Among other things, they took place in the State Tax Service, its regional divisions, as well as at the places of residence of the participants in the proceedings. During the searches, documents confirming the illegal mechanism were found and seized. In particular, the facts that the participants in the criminal proceedings helped to minimize tax payments, the so-called "twists", as well as removed the fictitious enterprises under their control from the category of risky. Currently, investigative actions are underway in the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Abuse of power or official position). All persons who may be involved in the criminal scheme are identified.

SBU exposed malefactors who "produced" 1,000 fake COVID-19 vaccination certificates every month. In addition to certificates, they also sold 2,000 negative PCR tests. This "business" brought them more than UAH 3 million a month. Ready-made "orders" were sent through popular postal services and couriers.

SBU counterintelligence: FSB intelligence network of the Russian Federation has been liquidated in Donetsk region. The agents acted under the supervision of the Russian special services, and were coordinated by one of the militants of the DNR intelligence unit. They were tasked with conducting reconnaissance of military facilities in the area of environmental protection for further sabotage.
