An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Company for a Product Specialist in Jeddah with a background in pharmaceuticals and medical devices to join our team.
The incumbent is responsible for executing marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes Ideal Stores Pharmaceutical products superiority.
This role focuses on the coordination with the sales team to drive revenue and market share for the products and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company.
Job Description:
1. Smoothness of the purchase cycle (POs awarding and goods delivery).
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector.
3. Support to open new accounts, penetrate remote areas and build new relations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
6. Conduct product presentations to different customer’s level. physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
7.Identifies business growth opportunities and unmet customer requirements and provide vision and focus to move ideas to the marketplace.
8. Collect data and keep it up to date on various market trends: usage, hospitals, customers, KOL’s and competitions.
9. Collect competitive intelligence through fields visits and exposure to customers and hospitals
10. Responsible for new product trials and evaluation and report results back to the Sales manager.
11. Responsible for collecting clinical data if clinical trials are being conducted in the market.
12. Plan and manage product demonstrations, events, and workshops.
13. Knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies.
Requirements
1. Degree within Health Sciences or a Biomedical Degree or pharmaceutical-related field, advanced degree preferred.
2. Previous Sales Experience in Medical Devices
3. Excellent English language is Must.
4. Excellent negotiation skills.
