2. Everybody takes the test and registers results into a centralized system.
3. Lots of false positives create a massive amount of "covid cases".
4. CDC reports these false positives as a massive wave of covid.
5. Fake TSUNAMI of "covid cases" is used to march the needle towards more tyranny.
