Друзья, я закончил работу над ядром 4.19 — исправлены все основные ошибки, всё работает. Это большой шаг вперёд.
Но есть одна проблема: из-за болезни (синдром запястного канала) я вынужден взять паузу в активной работе. Лечение и восстановление требуют времени и средств. Я не могу работать в полную силу, как раньше.
Поэтому я принял непростое решение:
· Версия 4.14 остаётся бесплатной для всех. Как и раньше. и будет публиковаться по возможности.
· Версия 4.19 будет доступна за символическую плату (донат). Это вынужденная мера, чтобы я мог продолжать разработку и лечение.
Все деньги пойдут только на лечение и базовые нужды, пока я восстанавливаюсь. Вы поддерживаете лично меня и проект.
Что даёт платный доступ:
· Ядро 4.19 с полной поддержкой Android 16
· Ранний доступ к сборкам под Android 17 (скоро)
· Приоритетная поддержка и быстрые фиксы

Friends, I’ve finished working on kernel 4.19 — all the main bugs have been fixed, everything works. This is a big step forward.
But I have to be honest: due to an illness (carpal tunnel syndrome) I’m forced to take a break from active work. Treatment and recovery take time and money. I can’t work at full capacity like I used to.
So I’ve made a difficult decision:
· Version 4.14 remains free for everyone. Just like before. and will be published as opportunities arise.
· Version 4.19 will be available for a nominal fee (donation). This is a necessary measure so that I can continue development and treatment.
All money will go only towards treatment and basic needs while I recover. You are supporting me personally and the project.
What does paid access provide:
· Kernel 4.19 with full support for Android 16
· Early access to builds for Android 17 (coming soon)
· Priority support and quick fixes
· Access to a private chat for testers and discussions

The simplest and most appropriate analogy for the difference between my work and FL's work is like import substitution:
Me: For example, take Elbrus and adapt Linux to this specific hardware. They write their own drivers, tweak, optimize it for their chipsets, and fix bugs after each update. This is deep engineering work.
FL: Like a small company that takes a ready-made OS, puts it on a Chinese tablet, renames it to "GosPlan", changes the wallpaper, deletes unnecessary apps, repacks it, and sells it as a "fully domestic solution".
Ps.
This shows why my work takes much more time. I don't mind FL's work at all — it's just a completely different level of effort, and I want that to be clear.
I am temporarily suspending the project due to a flood of incomprehensible negativity.
