Stop waiting to feel ready. Readiness is a myth that keeps capable people comfortable and small.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not filled by talent — it's filled by the willingness to feel stupid, lost, and afraid, and to keep going anyway.”
And one more thing: don't confuse pedigree with potential. I came from a small town, studied at an unknown college, delivered food for money.
None of that disqualified me. The world will try to tell you your starting point determines your ceiling. That is the biggest lie ever told to the most capable people on earth.”

let it out. go ahead 👣. you don't deserve what's happening to you, but that doesn't mean you should stop being nice 🙂.
you can find joy 😄😊 in spreading 🫲🫱 it to others, and while some may find it fun 😊 to bring you down, it's slowly destroying their soul.
talk to god. only he knows what your going through, no one else can really help you except for him.
take a shower. listen to happy music, not sad music. jam out. read a book, take a break from your phone. write a to-do list. doodle. write in your bullet journal. cry 😢 into someone's arms 🫲🤗🫱. you got this.
you're going to be okay, and in a year, it won't matter as long as you learn to get yourself back together 🤗. you have a lot of people in your life who love 🤗😍😘 you

🌱 Good Morning! 🌞
True beauty is reflected in the way we treat others. A kind heart, humble nature, and strong values leave a lasting impression long after appearances fade. 🍀"Looks fade, character stays. Money comes and goes, respect remains." 🍀
Have a blessed and positive day ahead! ✨

📖 Day 5 – Lesson from the Bhagavad Gita
🌸 Lesson: Clarity begins when you stop pretending to know everything
Context (Chapter 2 – Sankhya Yoga):
Before Krishna teaches, Arjuna does something difficult.
🍃He admits uncertainty.
🍃He does not hide behind pride.
🍃He does not defend every opinion.
🍀He openly acknowledges:
🍃“My understanding has failed me.”
🍃Only then does deeper wisdom begin entering the conversation.
🌸 Life Lesson
🍀Many people delay growth because they believe they must always appear certain.
🍀But certainty is not always strength.
Sometimes it is protection.
Sometimes it is fear of looking vulnerable.
🤍Real learning often begins with a simple but uncomfortable truth:
🍀“I might not be seeing this clearly.”
🍀You do not lose dignity by admitting limits.
🍀You create room for insight.
🌸 Apply This Today
🍃Notice one opinion, conflict, or decision in your life.
Ask yourself:
🍃“What might I be missing here?”
🍃Allow curiosity to replace defensiveness.
🌸 One-line takeaway
🍃Humility opens doors that certainty often keeps closed.

Good Morning 🌱
In this world, no matter how powerful a person may be, there are two things that can never be forced respect and love. Both are earned through kindness, honesty, and the way we treat others. True greatness lies not in power, but in the ability to inspire trust and compassion. "Respect is earned, honesty is appreciated, trust is gained, and love is cherished." 🌸
Have a peaceful and blessed day! ☀️

Hey what I think I respect both perspectives have truth in them a person should absolutely have the freedom to choose what they wear because personal choices are part of individual freedom No one should be judged or blamed solely because of their clothing
At the same time, we also have to accept reality people in public spaces may notice or look at others but there is a big difference between simply noticing someone and staring, objectifying, or harassing them. Everyone has rights, but those rights come with responsibilities too ryt?
So for me real freedom means being able to make your own choices while also maintaining mutual respect and boundaries Clothing choices and respectful behavior can coexist one person's freedom should not become an excuse to disrespect another person
I also don't agree with the idea that "his eyes his right should be used to justify people's reactions to someone's clothing. It's natural for people to notice others in public, but everyone is responsible for behaving respectfully. Looking is different from staring, objectifying, or making someone uncomfortable
A very thoughtful reply

*“Am I wasting my time ⏱️?”*
You cannot 🙅🏻♀️ waste time, because you do not possess time ⏳. You can waste only something that you possess 😌.
*Time is not your possession.*
Time will pass anyway, whether you meditate 🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♂️ or not. Time is rushing by. Whatever you do—or even if you do nothing—time goes on.
*You cannot save time, so how can you waste it?*
You can waste only something that you are capable of saving. You do not possess time.
Forget about it!
And the best use you can make of time is to have these small 🤏🏻 glimpses—because, ultimately, you will come to see that only those moments have been saved which were moments of witnessing, and everything else has gone down the drain.
The money 💰 that you earned, the prestige 🕺💃🏻 that you gained, the respectability 🫡 that you acquired—all of it has gone down the drain.
*Only those few moments in which you experienced flashes 💫 of witnessing are saved.*
Only those moments will go with you when you leave this life—only those moments can go, because they belong to eternity; they do not belong to time.
— OSHO (Meditation: The First and Last Freedom)

The internet is officially divided after legendary singer Sunitha dropped some incredibly bold and thought-provoking statements regarding feminism, modern clothing choices, and the concept of freedom. 🗣️⚡
During a recent discussion, Sunitha took a direct approach to the popular "My Body, My Choice" narrative, offering a perspective that quickly went viral. She remarked, *"Wear whatever you want, but don't call it freedom,"* challenging how society defines personal liberation. Going a step further, she added a reality check about public spaces: *"My body, my right. And his eyes, his right."* She argued that if women strongly believe in total bodily autonomy, they must also accept the reality that others are going to look.
Her comments have sparked a massive debate online about the true definition of freedom and respect.
🙋🏻♀️ *What do you think about her take?*

🙆🏻♀️ *Life can take a lot from you.*
Comfort. Status. Plans.
People 👥 you thought would stay.
Sometimes even the version of yourself you believed would always exist.
And when enough is taken, it can feel as if nothing remains,
but there is one space the world cannot enter without your participation.
*The space where you decide how you will meet what happened.*
I am not talking 🗣️ about whether it hurts, whether you feel anger 😡, grief 😥, or fear 😰,
because those reactions are human.
🙆🏻♀️ *What I am referring to is whether the pain will make you cruel.*
💁🏻♀️ Whether the loss will make you bitter.
💁🏻♀️ Whether the injustice will decide the person you become.
That choice may be small 🤏🏻, and sometimes it is only the decision to endure one more day without betraying yourself.
*Sometimes, in that small inner space, is where a person begins rebuilding everything.*

🙋🏻♀️ *It sounds too simple to work. Write down a few good things and feel better. But the research keeps pointing the same way.*
Controlled studies consistently find that regular gratitude practice tends to improve mood and life satisfaction, and may support some markers of physical health.
Here is why such a small act can carry weight.
Your brain 🧠 has a built-in lean toward threat. It scans for what is wrong, what could go wrong, what went wrong.
That served our ancestors. It tends to exhaust us now.
Gratitude works a bit like training. Each time you deliberately notice something good, you give a little more practice to the part of you that can find it again tomorrow.
You are not lying to yourself. You are balancing the ledger.
In my practice, I ask patients to name three specific good things at the end of each day. Not vague ones. Specific.
The warm coffee ☕. The text from a friend. The way the light hit the kitchen floor.
The point is not that the world changes. It is that you start to notice more of what was already there. People who keep this up often describe feeling a little lighter, a little steadier, over time.
*What you look for, you tend to find more of.*
Name three specific things you are grateful for right now. Be specific. Go.
