Buongiorno Nazarena, riporto la mia testimonianza sperando che possa aiutare qualcun altro e altresì confermare l'efficacia del trattamento. Mio figlio soffre da quando aveva 3 anni di PFAPA (Periodic Fevers with Aphthous stomatitis, Pharyngitis, and Adenitis, ovvero febbre periodica con stomatite aftosa, faringite e adenite) con EPISODI MENSILI COSTANTI e distanziati di circa 3-5 settimane. Il malessere dura 4-5 giorni con febbre che arriva anche a 40° e l'unico rimedio immediato è il cortisone, che tuttavia tende a ravvicinare gli episodi, oppure antipiretici ogni 6-8 ore per 4 giorni.
