#LastMinuteOffer ✍️ INTENSIVE WRITING [ONLINE] You have until tomorrow evening to register... 1. The course is an extension (= month 2) of the writing course I started last month; there are already enough students participating in the course, but I thought I would fill you in as well. 2. The classes will take place 5 times a week, and there are 20 lessons in total. 3. We will cover both Task 1 and Task 2 in these lessons, but more emphasis will be placed on Task 1 since we have already finished Task 2 last month. 4. To make the most of the course, your level of English must be at least upper-intermediate (=IELTS 6.5+) 5. The course is purely practice-based, meaning you will not be taught every single detail of IELTS Writing; we will write essays together. 6. As long as you submit your essays on time, you can have as many as 40 of them corrected by me. 7. The lessons usually take place at 21.00 or 20.30. 8. There is going to be a LOT of reading, too. 9. Remember that IELTS is just one component of your application, and it only proves your English proficiency. However, obtaining a higher score will demonstrate your diligence and hard work. So, in addition to IELTS, take the SAT, write an outstanding personal statement, participate in internships, engage in extracurricular activities, research your target universities, and most importantly, learn how to articulate your background eloquently. Before you start anything, come up with a plan! This is a crucial step as there’s always a lot of information to cover in each semester. Be careful on how you spend your time, choose your study strategies wisely. How you study is often just as important as what you study, so you need to focus on techniques that maximize your retention. Once you’ve determined which study techniques are best suited, all that’s left to do is to start studying. That being said, taking breaks is still an important part of cramming. Lastly, don’t neglect your sleep. Although it may be tempting to pull an all-nighter to get in extra study time, it’s often not worth it. @pre_med_major
