From what I have seen about this, I believe the answer to number 3 is primarily for bodily health.

According to many people in this community, the answer to number 2 are red bricks, which apparently can store electricity.

The answer to number 1 appears to be amplification through symmetry, and likely also the material of the buildings.

Atmospheric energy can be harnessed, but there are some questions to be answered... 1. How can we harness large amounts of this power? 2. How is this power stored? 3. Thinking back to when this power was supposedly mainstream, what on earth was it used for?

The idea is that these conducted or relayed atmospheric power, and it makes sense with their fractal designs. I think part of the reason that this is a mystery is because it appears that they had a different use for their power.

I'd like to see a video of someone setting this up and demonstrating. That clip at the end I've seen a million times.
