System Updates - Tonight (13th March) 1. MPP (Market Price Protection) - Auto convert MARKET -> LIMIT order - From 1st April, Market orders will NOT be allowed via API as per regulations - MPP overcomes this problem with ease (user places Market or SL-Market order & system auto converts it to Limit or SL-Limit) - This works for both place and modify order operations MPP Modes - Can be configured from menu (Settings -> General) - NONE - No conversion (default mode until 1st April) - NORMAL - Standard MPP % - AGGRESSIVE - Nearly 2x NORMAL MPP % for higher fill probability (default mode after 1st April) Feel free to try these modes with some dummy market orders to understand how it works. 2. Price change rollback - Few days back we had increased price from Dhan, Profitmart & AliceBlue which will be rolled back now as per users requests

Kotak NEO - Network read timeout error This error means Kotak broker's servers are not responding. Please inform Kotak API team to resolve the issue.

MPP Orders (Solution for Market Order Restrictions) Many of you may already know that under the new regulations effective 1st April, *Market Orders will not be allowed through APIs*. Some brokers have introduced a solution where they automatically convert a market order placed via API into an MPP order. MPP (Market Price Protection) orders work very similar to market orders. You can search online to learn more about how they work. Our platform already supports a similar feature. However, if your broker provides it as a built-in feature, it can be considered a more reliable option. Note: We expect most brokers to start implementing this on their side soon. However, it would be helpful if you could check with your broker and enable this feature earlier to avoid any inconvenience.

Master–Child Copy Trading – Help Us Reduce Latency If any of you are observing latency of 1 second or more, please report it to us. We will review it and try to reduce the delay. The main factor affecting latency is the Master Broker. With the recent regulatory changes across many brokers, we want to make sure that the master–child copy lag stays within a few milliseconds. If you notice higher latency, please inform us so we can investigate and improve it.

DNS Issues - Only for information • On rare occasions, users report to us that website is not opening. On investigation, we find that it happens when their internet provider has DNS issues. • DNS issues on an internet provider typically affects some websites & not all. So users get confused thinking their internet is fine. • It can any affect any website including major websites like google. But the fault lies with your internet provider Solution: • Switch your network to different internet provider. Example from AirTel to JIO. • Report this problem to your internet provider • They fix such issues within same day as users start reporting

IIFL XTS We have seen a change notice from IIFL to change the login flow with a deadline of March 1st week. Achieving this would be extremely difficult as there are other items being worked on. We strongly recommend shifting your accounts to IIFL ONT (Markets) API. They have now given a solution for this warning as seen in below url. *BUGS/QUESTIONS - POSITION BOOK RESPONSE* 1. Realized PnL for a closed position should be equal to NET PnL (Currently showing Realized pnl = Day's PnL) 2. M2M is wrong for overnight open positions 3. PnL (Net PnL is not provided in position response). 4. Fields 'buyPrice' & 'sellPrice' are always zero 5. Which fields we should use for 'net-buy-price' & 'net-sell-price'? Simple words In position API response, give us all these columns that we see on AliceBlue's Trading Website. They should exactly match.
