IIFL Issue resolved by the broker

IIFL Issue - Started Again Broker is checking

IIFL Issue resolved by the broker

IIFL POSITION & HOLDING API OUTAGE BROKER'S TEAM HAS BEEN INFORMED AND THEIR LOOKING INTO IT.

TradingView Intermittent Issues Some users saw "Couldn't find this domain" error on TradingView. It means TradingView could not look up our address at that moment, and it does not try again, so that alert is skipped. We checked our address from many places. Please report this to TradingView support (contact our support for sample email to be sent to TradingView).

System updatesBug fix - Custom Sq-off: a live price tick no longer wipes a price you have typed • Cleaner portfolio screen: clearer square-off buttons, tidier toolbars • Recharge for up to 6 months: pick 1 to 6 months in one go on the Trading Accounts screen, with the full price shown before you pay. Your static IP is reserved for the same period. • Symbol search is cleaner: Long dead stock symbols that no broker can trade are hidden from the search list.

Premium static IP now starts with 2 months instead of 3 After our negotiations with the vendor, The vendor has decided to lower the mandatory 3 month recharge in the beginning down to just 2 months. https://stocksdeveloper.in/knowledgebase/static-ip-pricing/

Recent System UpdatesPortfolio screen: data entry windows can be moved and remember where you put them, switching tabs is quicker, and the trade tab now looks right in both themes. AutoTrader's own Bracket and cover orders • Place an order along with its target and stop-loss in one go, from the Portfolio screen or through the API. The exit is managed for you. • Choose where your stop-loss waits: keep a bracket's stop-loss with your broker or with us. A stop held at the broker stays active even if your connection drops. • Automatic square-off before the cut-off: open bracket positions are closed ahead of your broker's own intraday deadline, and the timing follows the instrument you traded. • See how a bracket ended: the Positions tab now shows the reason and the exit price when a bracket closes itself. • TradingView alerts: alerts can now place bracket and cover orders, and a group alert now reaches every account in the group at the same time.

FlatTrade - Migration to IPv6 Platform [Action Needed] Flattrade accounts on AutoTrader Web use the old KAMBALA_FLAT_IPV4 platform. We have retired it, so recharges for it will now be declined unless you have shifted to the new platform. Good News: Moving takes a few minutes, and it costs less for static IP — Only ₹100 a month instead of ₹200 or ₹299. Steps: 1. Open Accounts -> Trading Accounts and click your Flattrade account. 2. Change Platform to KAMBALA_FLAT_IPV6. 3. Save your Account. Then EDIT is again. 4. Click Static IP and take your Premium static IPv6. You get two addresses, a primary and a backup, for the same ₹100. 5. Log in to Flattrade and register both addresses there. 6. Save the account, then place a small test order. Your old IPv4 static IP is released on its own, and you are not charged for it again. Full steps: https://stocksdeveloper.in/documentation/supported-brokers/flattrade/

AT_BO & AT_CO - How to check target & SL on Positions screen 👆🏻
AT_BO & AT_CO - How to check target & SL on Positions screen 👆🏻

System Update • The morning issue was investigated in detail & multiple stability fixes are applied. We will continue to monitor this tomorrow. • AutoTrader's own Bracket & Cover Order feature is LIVE and available on all brokers even if your broker does not support BO & CO

Issues seem to be resolved We are working on the root cause analysis. Initial Root Cause: 1. Database had issues 2. Marketfeed vendor's login failed causing all live price requests to pile up which put extreme stress on the servers

Issues still ongoing ETA 15-20 mins. Around 10.10 am.

Services restarted We have restarted all of the services and monitoring the progress.

Website issues We are looking into it.

New: Bracket and Cover orders that work on every broker We have added our own Bracket (AT_BO) and Cover (AT_CO) orders to the Trade screen. • Works on all brokers. Even if your broker's API does not support BO or CO, ours will work. Your entry goes to the broker as a normal intraday order, and we watch the exit levels for you. • Target and stop-loss on one order. Set both when you place it. Whichever is reached first closes the position, and the other is cancelled. • Trailing stop-loss. Your stop follows the price when the trade goes your way, and never moves back. • Change it any time. Open the Positions tab, tap the AT_BO tag, and you can change the target or stop, remove one of them, or exit at once. • Place it from anywhere. Trade screen, API (Python, Java, C#) or a TradingView alert. • Intraday only. The position is squared off automatically before the market closes. The exact time is shown on the order form. • No extra margin. Some brokers give higher margin on their own bracket orders. Ours does not. What you get is a bracket that works everywhere. Please do not use it yet. We are still testing it on live accounts. We will tell you the day it is ready. If you open it now, you will be asked to agree to the terms first, so nothing can happen by mistake. Full details: https://stocksdeveloper.in/documentation/bracket-cover-orders/

System updates made liveFaster portfolio screen: Orders and Positions no longer freeze on large accounts, and rows show up as they load. • Dedicated IP errors named correctly: if your dedicated IP is down or blocked, we say that instead of showing it as a broker error. The portfolio banner also shows the broker's own message.

After that a closing auction runs till 3:35 PM. • All other stocks close at 3:30 PM as before. • Many brokers have moved intraday auto square off earlier, to around 3:10 PM. Please confirm the exact time with your broker. Copy trading users, please check one setting Open Master Account settings and check your Copy End Time. • Trading futures and options: set it to 3:40 PM to cover the full session. • Trading intraday: keep it before your broker's square off time.
