📿 The Remembrance of ALLAH الله

Some of us have the money and upper hand we have because there is someone under us and someone we are providing, gifting and taking care of that Allah loves! SubhanAllah how many of us think like this? The moment we earn a little money we think we are great, we are worthy, we have made it! You think you are the one giving people but Allah is giving you because of the people you are giving to. Humble yourself. This wealth you have is Allah's and not yours. 📚 Abdullah ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “The upper hand is better than the lower hand. The upper hand is one that gives and the lower hand is one that takes.” [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1429, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1033] There are two interpretations of this hadith. Interpretation 1 - The one giving is upper hand. Interpretation 2 - The one taking is upper hand. HOW?! Imagine giving someone something with your hands cupped together how are they going to pick up the money or food? Their hand will be over yours. ALLAH HU AKBAR! 🤲 Ya Allah make us generous keep us content and grant us that which is halal and tayyib! Allahumma ameen. #Reflect
