❇️ In patients who have fever and chills it is important to consider the following associations:
🔹The presence of associated Heart murmur raises the possibility of SBE.
🔹The presence Jaundice raises the possibility of biliary infection e.g. ascending cholangitis and cholecystitis.
🔹The presence of associated Hepatomegaly raises the possibility of amoebic live abscess.
🔹The presence of associated Neurological signs raises the possibility of CNS infection.

❇️ Post Polypectomy Bleeding:
▫️Occur in 0.3 - 6%
▫️24% in large polyps
🔊 Risk factors :
👉 Polyps > 17 mm
👉 Right colon
👉 Stalks > 5mm
👉 Sessile polyps
👉 Maligant polyps
👉 Hypertension
